This breathtaking 2 story cabin home is located on the front step of Zion National Park, in the Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort! It offers 6 open and spacious rooms, all with their very own exterior door and individual bathroom. Hang out in the loft, complete with vaulted ceilings, large windows, and views of Zion. Enjoy time under the covered front and back porches with outdoor seating, BBQ, and private outdoor hot tub spa, or relax after a day at the ranch as you enjoy the breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The home sleeps 12 adults with a maximum of 14 guests.
Red Rock Ranch is VERY family/group friendly with two living rooms, one on the main floor with a fireplace as well as the loft with plenty of seating and smart TVs with apps, a DVD player, and board games that your family/group will enjoy. The kitchen not only is a great place to cook and serve outstanding meals but includes, basic kitchen utensils (Pots Pans, Plates Cups, Silverware, etc.), paper towels, a coffee grinder, a coffee maker, a toaster, and a microwave. For your little ones, there are high chairs and Pack N Play.

Your perfect destination awaits at Red Rock Pines where you'll be surrounded by beautiful ponderosa pines and only minutes away from many great adventure opportunities. Enjoy the breathtaking views from the large outdoor deck, or the jacuzzi. Located in Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort, you'll have access to endless resort amenities including kayaking and paddle boards, a pool, water slides, a fitness track, a basketball court, and MORE! This five-bedroom, three-bathroom cabin sleeps 10-14 guests.
This 2,800-square-foot cabin is not only in a great location but also offers everything you'll need for an amazing stay. A wonderful open floor plan has plenty of room that is ideal for bigger groups, a couples retreat, or a family getaway. The large kitchen has an updated fridge and range plus everything you'll need and more to whip up a tasty meal for family and friends, with lots of seating options available for mealtimes. A gorgeous stone fireplace, living room, family room, dedicated workspace, Foosball table, BBQ, and tree play house, are just a few of the home's many incredible features.
Not only will you love the great location and beautiful property, but the amenities can't be beaten! The Resort borders Zion National Park so you'll have access to iconic trailheads right from the property like the East Mesa and East Rim Trails, as well as tennis courts, walking trails, and play structures. You'll also be able to enjoy the resort pool for a daily fee, as well as other amenities offered on a pay-per-use basis including, Jeep and UTV rentals, canyoneering, hiking, jeep tours, horseback riding, mini-golf and so much more!

1. An additional guest screening form may be required
2. Extra guest fees will be applied for any guests over 22 persons.
3. Per county law the fire pit is not available at Red Rock Ranch.
4. Pet Friendly: Two dogs maximum allowed, per property, no exceptions. Please inquire about our pet policy and fees.
5. Outdoor amenities may be subject to seasonal availability from October to March, including but not limited to the BBQ, outdoor games, etc.
6. 30-day plus rentals require a $1000 refundable security deposit and an additional cleaning fee (Please inquire). This deposit is required and is fully refundable within (7) days of departure, provided the following house rules listed are met.
