Welcome to our ski-in/ski-out condo with views of ski-lift, mountains, and Peak 9 run! Located in Beaver Run Resort, our 2/2 is fully stocked and a 5 minute walk to downtown Breckenridge. Catch the Peak 9 Beaver Run Super Chair lift from right outside the resort. With amazing amenities such as out door hot-tubs, indoor/outdoor pools, a spa, gym, tennis courts, and on-site dining you won't need to leave the resort.
The Space:

Upon entering, you will immediately be greeted by our amazing views of the Peak 9 run and chairlifts. Our unit is comfortably decorated w/ dining for 6, a fully stocked kitchen and a cozy living room w/fireplace. Our Master bedroom features a King bed with Casper pillows and Ensuite bathroom. (Please note: The master has an opening that overlooks the living room. We provide a room darkening shade and noise machine for convenience). Our spacious Guest bedroom has 2 Queen beds and a Guest bathroom located in the hallway. The living room and each bedroom is equipped with a TV and complimentary YouTube TV or access to your own streaming apps.

Getting Around:
The Resort has everything you will need. If you do want to go to town, you can easily walk or take a shuttle from the resort to avoid driving.
Other Things to Note:
Parking fees are NOT collected with your reservation. You will pay at the resort. 2 cars are allowed per reservation. Each car will have to pay the overnight parking fee. You will need to pay for parking upon check-in. Summer & Fall is $12 per car. Winter is $38.

CHILD PROOFING: Guest understands that no special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house, and accept the risk or harm to any children/infants we allow on the property.
CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
Due to the popular nature of our rental, WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE EARLY CHECK-INS AND LATE CHECK-OUTS. We need this small window of time in-between guests to prepare for your stay.
TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance through your airline company, car rental company, or a travel insurance website. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy. This includes date change requests as they are considered the same as cancellations (if the new requested check-in date is a later date than your original check-in date). We cannot provide a refund due to travel related issues or Covid, Please review your cancellation policy if you haven't already.
