This single-story family home sits in a quite neighborhood features a great location 10-15 minutes away from miles of sandy beaches, a large entertainer’s dream backyard, and brand new tastefully decorated interior designed with your comfort in mind. This home has a large BBQ and fire pit in the backyard. This property is perfect for families, a couple’s getaway, and everyone in between.
Upon entry you are welcomed into a very open living space with a full kitchen, living room with a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, full sized couch, and spacious dining nook with seating for 4. There is also a kitchen bar with seating for 3 along the counter. This home is ideal for enjoying a sunny day, as the open floor plan leads out to the large outdoor fenced in private backyard.
Down the hallway from the kitchen are the three bedrooms and one bathroom with a tub. The master bedroom has one queen size bed, a mounted flat screen TV, lots of space and storage in the mirrored closets, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has one queen size bed and ample storage and space in the mirrored closet. Bedroom three is the bunkbed room the lower bed is a full-size bed and the upper bed is a twin, ample closet and storage space, with a pack and play and high chair located in the closet.
