-THERE ARE NO PARTIES OR EVENT FOR RESIDENTIAL STAYS. Max occupancy of 12 people. No extra guests allowed. Up to $5000 fine for violations.

-Quiet hours are at 10 pm- 7am. No loud or late night activities permitted.
- NO SMOKING on premises. Violations(any evidence of smoking) will result in $500 fine plus any damages or extra cleaning needed.
