This luxury holiday home is located in a quiet residential area of the town of Cres, just 50 m from the beach.
The approximately 120 m² apartment is partly on the ground floor. It has three bedrooms, an open-plan living and kitchen area and two bathrooms. Two bedrooms are equipped with a king size bed (1.60 m wide), while the third has a single bed (0.80 x 1.90 m). The comfortable living area offers views of the Adriatic Sea, a cozy living area and a flat-screen TV with DVD player and music system. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and also has a kitchen bar as a dining area. Both bathrooms are equipped with shower, sink, toilet and hair dryer, one of them with a bidet. All rooms of the holiday home are heated with underfloor heating. Air conditioning in the spacious living area with open kitchen for cooling.
