Walk right out the door and you're just a very short walk to The Pavilion or to the Bear Trap Clubhouse to enjoy a round of golf, driving range or The Den Bar & Grill. Try one of the great local restaurants for lunch or dinner or stay at the townhouse and have a cookout on the gas grill we've provided. Bear Trap boasts amenities such as an in-season shuttle to/from downtown Bethany Beach, a seasonal outdoor pool, indoor pool, tennis and basketball courts, playground, saunas, hot tub, fitness center, and recreation center. There's so much to do and see in/around the area such as, Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club, Salt Pond Golf Course, Bethany Beach beach/boardwalk, restaurants, amusement parks, shopping/outlets, sightseeing, and more! Dewey, Rehoboth, Fenwick, and Ocean City are all within a short drive. With so much available in such close proximity, this is the perfect place for any occasion: Family vacations, beach and/or golf trips, girls/guys weekends, shopping trips, etc!
*Townhouse Details*
Parking: In the front there is parallel parking along curb and in the rear of the townhouse there is a large parking lot. There is also a detached single-car garage directly behind the townhouse that is available.
Internet: WiFi is included.
Beach Gear: (10) beach chairs and (2) umbrellas are provided in the garage.
Main Level:
- Front entrance coat closet you will find a baby gate, Spacesaver highchair, and vacuum.
- Bedroom #1 offers a queen bed with (2) pillows and a comforter, dresser, (2) nightstands with lamps, wall mirror, 32" flat-screen smart TV, cable, and Blu-ray DVD player.
- Hall bath directly next to the main level bedroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo.
- Family Room offers a queen size pull-out sofa, (2) swivel chairs, end table, coffee table, 55" smart TV, cable, Blu-ray DVD player, and a ceiling fan.
- Kitchen offers all major appliances (Stainless steel- Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, range), glassware, silverware, plates, bowls, kid-friendly place settings, coffee/tea cups, single-serve Keurig, standard multi-cup coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, blender, waffle maker, can opener, grilling utensils, and more.
- Dining Area offers a table and chairs for (6) people. There is seating for (6) additional people around the kitchen bar top.
Upper Level:
- Bedroom #2 (Master) offers a queen bed with (2) pillows and a comforter, Twin bed with (1) pillow and a comforter, dresser, (2) nightstands with lamps, wall mirror, 32" flat-screen smart TV, cable, and Blu-ray DVD player. Attached is an en-suite bathroom with a double vanity and shower. In the closet, we've provided a pac-n-play and (2) removable bed rails for the little ones.
- Bedroom #3 (Master) offers a queen bed with (2) pillows and a comforter, dresser, (2) nightstands with lamps, 32" flat-screen smart TV, cable and Blu-ray DVD player. Attached is an en-suite Bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo. In the closet, we've provided a twin size roll out cot with (1) pillow and comforter.
- Full-sized clothes washer and dryer in hallway closet
Lower Level:
- Bedroom #4 offers (2) twin beds with (1) pillow and comforter for each, (1) night stand and lamp, 32" flat-screen smart TV, cable and Blu-ray DVD player. Additional blankets in the closet.
- Hall bath with a single vanity and tub/shower combo.
- Great room features a 70" smart TV, cable, and Blu-ray DVD player with a large sectional, table with (4) chairs, a shuffleboard table, and a kids corner play area with toys and books.
***You have the option of purchasing Bear Trap community tags which provides access to Bear Trap amenities including: An in-season shuttle to/from downtown Bethany Beach, a seasonal outdoor pool, indoor pool, basketball and tennis courts, playground, saunas, hot tub, fitness center, and recreation center. Tags are valid for one week and required for each person age 4yrs and older to use the community amenities. They can be purchased at the Bear Trap Pavilion. Prices vary depending on the season.
***Linens are provided, however, towels are not. Guests can either bring their own or we can recommend a local towel rental company.
