OAKBROOK USE OF COMMON AMENITIES

- Up to four guests per unit may access the common areas, such as the Fitness Centre, Game Room, and Business Centre, for a maximum of two hours per day. Please be considerate of others and adhere to the time limit.

- To access the amenities, guests must request permission from the Host at least 24 hours in advance. The Host will then schedule your request with the Building Office.

- Any damage caused to the amenities will result in a charge. Please inform the Host immediately if you notice any damages.

- Only registered guests of the unit are permitted to use the amenities. Visitors are not allowed.

- For the safety and security of all residents and guests, CCTV cameras and 24/7 security monitoring are in place. Please comply with all rules and regulations set by the Building Management.

-Excessive noise or any violation of the house rules will result in a fine. In the event that a guest poses a threat to others, the Host and Building Management reserve the right to immediately evict the guest.
