One of the premier properties in Long Beach Island, this gorgeous pristine 3-story reverse-living 7,000 square-foot ocean-front home boasts an ocean view from almost every room in the house- a perfect home for a multi-generational family vacation. This home has it all- stunning views, a well-outfitted chef’s kitchen, a dining room with space to seat the whole clan, a beautifully-appointed living room, a family room, swimming pool, outdoor decks, a rec room, and abundant sleeping space.
The main-house boasts of six en suite bedrooms, each with a king-size bed. Four of the bedrooms are east-facing, with sliding glass doors to a deck. Additionally, a dormitory, on the ground level, contains 2 full-size bunk beds- capable of sleeping 8 kids. If still, more bedrooms are desired, one may rent the guest house (see Listing #1199), just behind the main house, with 3 en suite bedrooms, each with a king size bed.
Large ocean-facing decks grace both the 2nd and 3rd levels. A heated swimming pool on the 2nd level deck, along with 4 chaise lounges, 2 Adirondack rockers, and 4 Adirondack chairs provides fun-in-the sun for both the kids and the adults. Also, on the 2nd level deck is an outdoor kitchen with a grill (both gas and infrared), beverage refrigerator, sink, and dishwasher- as well a square picnic table that can seat 16 kids or 12 adults. Barbeque anyone?
After a long fun filled-day in the sun, the 3rd level deck beckons for a quiet sunset or evening- listening lapping of the surf while relaxing with your friends and family comfortably seated on a sofa, loveseat, two armchairs, and two ottomans.
For those who love to cook, the kitchen is a dream made in heaven- outfitted with top of the line appliances: a Miele freezer, a Miele Refrigerator, two Miele Dishwashers, a six-burner Wolf gas range with two electric ovens, and double refrigerator drawers. Ample white marble countertops provide space for multiple cooks or a catered affair.
Next to the kitchen is a dining room with an multi-leaf oak table providing space for 18 diners and a counter with five stools providing space for another 5 diners.
Next to the kitchen is a large beautifully-appointed living room with panoramic ocean views, a gas fire-place, a wide-screen TV, and seating for 13 – or more if you move some dining room chairs. Both Tivo and Apple TV allow one to assess their favorite TV programs or movies.
Next to the living room is a pantry/ utility room and a powder room. South of the powder room is the master bedroom.
The third floor master bedroom suite contains a fireplace, TV with Tivo and Apple TV, desk, king-size bed, desk with chair, and 2 chairs, 2 walk-in closets, and a large en-suite bathroom. The adjoining bathroom contains a private lavatory, two vanities with sink, a jacuzzi soaking-bathtub, and a large walk-in shower. If you wish to enjoy a quiet time while watching the ocean, step out on a private deck awaits where two comfortable armchairs await
From the living room, walk-down the winding stairway to reach 2nd level family room, containing a second bar area, a small refrigerator and sink, a wide-screen TV, and seating for 9 or more. Both Tivo and Apple TV allow your family to access their favorite TV programs or movies.
On the north end of the 2nd level sits another master bedroom suite featuring a king-size bed, desk with chairs, one walk-in closet and another closet, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with private lavatory, a shower for two, a a large soaking jucuzzi tub. The south-end of the 2nd level sits 4 ensuite bedrooms, a laundry room, and a linen closet. The two eastern-facing bedrooms open out onto the pool deck.
The bottom floor of the house contains a rec room with TV, air-hockey table, fossball table, as well as abundant games and toys, a surround sound/ projector hooked up to cable and Apple TV. A veritable kids paradise! In addition to the rec room is a powder room, a 2nd laundry room, an exercise room, and a dormitory. The exercise room contains 2 treadmills, a rowing machine, and free-weights.
An elevator runs from the ground floor to the living room, making the entire house wheel-chair accessible.
A Sonos system pipes music into the the Living Room, Family Room, Rec Room, and
WiFi with high speed internet is available throughout the house. For those who have to work while vacationing, a printer/ scanner is available as are desks and chairs in 4 of the bedrooms (the two master bedrooms and the east facing bedrooms in the south-wing).

All beds are 'pillow top' mattress and all bedrooms are equipped with comforters, and feather pillows. I supply bed linens, as well as 2 sets of towels (bath, hand towels & wash cloths) for each bathroom.
I also supply beach badges, 6 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and 6 beach towels.
Two outdoors showers are available. These showers are shared with the guest-house behind (e.g., on the west side) of rental house. Each outdoor shower has a changing area.
LBI, a premier destination on the Jersey Shore, is known for its white sand beaches, restaurants, boutique shopping, water sports, amusement parks, miniature golf, and crabbing. Under 2 hours from metro NY, N. NJ, Philly.
North Beach is a favorite residential neighborhood within LBI. The oceanside of Long Beach Blvd is only 3 homes deep and the bayside only 4 homes deep. As there is no public parking or public access to the beach, for all intents and purposes, the beach is restricted to owners, renters, and their guests of these 7 homes. The beach adjacent to ours is life-guarded beach during the season and standard hours.
We do not rent to prom or graduation groups. The person signing the lease must be at least 40 years old and be one of the occupants for the duration of lease.
Cleaning Fee (including linens)
$1500, non-refundable.
Turnover Days
Turnover day is Friday for summer rentals between May 27 and September 15.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds on rent (cleaning fee and damage fee is fully refundable); however, we will work with you to reschedule your stay.
Security deposit
Refundable Damage Deposit: $5,000. This damage deposit also covers lost items (linens, towels, beach tags, etc.) and excess cleaning.
