Welcome to your private luxury penthouse overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath condo is designed for comfort, natural light, and unforgettable views. Enjoy floor-to-ceiling windows, two large balconies, and an open-concept living area perfect for families, couples, and long stays.
Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, dining space for group meals, and a cozy living room with Smart TVs. All three bedrooms feature comfortable beds, blackout curtains, and premium linens. The master suite includes a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom.
For your convenience, the unit includes high-speed Wi-Fi, central A/C, in-unit washer and dryer, and plenty of storage space.
Guests also enjoy full access to building amenities including beach access, a heated pool, 24/7 fitness center, valet parking, and secure gated entry.
This penthouse is perfect for relaxing, working remotely, or enjoying a peaceful coastal escape.
Please note the building is undergoing renovations. There is no access to the balcony and you should expect that during the hours of 9am-5pm Monday through Friday there will be loud noises.
As well l, the pool will be closed on weekdays and re-open on the weekends. Beach access will not be affected.

• If you have any issue that you may need to resolve in regards to a unit that you live in or are visiting, contact the unit manager or owner directly.
• Please, have your fob with you at all times, so that you can enter and exit the building without disturbing our staff.
• If you are a visitor and will be receiving packages by mail, the price is $5 per package. The size of the package won't be considered. Also, if you receive multiple packages from the same order, each package will be charged individually.
• If you need a cart to carry luggage, groceries and/or packages, please talk to the Valet Parking personnel. You must be an adult and an ID card will be required.
• If you will be using the cart, you must go to the upper floors by using the service elevator only.
• All visitors must park their vehicles with Valet Parking. The first-floor garage is not available for any visitor.
• If you are going to the beach, when you come back to the building, please ONLY use the service elevator. You cannot walk the property's hallways while wet or with sand.
• When inside of the property, you must be clothed at all times.
• You cannot walk around the property without shoes.
• It is not permitted to consume alcoholic beverages in the common areas.
• It is not permitted to have glass cups, bottles or any glass recipient in the pool area.
• The pool is open from sunrise to sunset.
• If you need to print a document, we have a computer in the Activity Room that you can use. We just need you to leave an ID card at the Front Desk. All minors must be supervised by an adult.
• If you wish to use the Ping Pong table, Foosball or Pool table, please leave your ID card at the Front Desk. All minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• The Gym is open all day. However, all minors must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Be mindful of your neighbor. Sian is a residential building. Any unnecessary noise that bothers any resident or guest will be reason enough to fine the visitor or unit owner.
• Please, dispose of all trash using the trash chute in the laundry rooms located beside the main elevators.
• Do not throw anything out of the balcony or windows. Including cigarette butts.
• If you over cook anything in the kitchen, open the balcony door, not the one to the hallway. That will activate the property's fire alarm unnecessarily.
• Sian does not have beach service or private beach. Please, do not interfere with our neighbors’ beach chairs or private property.
Not following the rules or creating problems to Sian’s staff will result in a $100 fine and having all fobs deactivated immediately. Fobs will not be activated until the fine is paid.
