Accommodation
Fantastic loft in a quiet neighborhood of Madrid. It has everything you need to spend some great days in the capital of Spain. The loft is modernly furnished, offers two bathrooms (one per floor, the one above is complete / with shower) and flat screen TV. The kitchenette has an oven, microwave, coffee maker and everything you need to cook, as well as a refrigerator.
Two new air conditioners, one on each floor.
Services and common areas
There is a printer with paper in case you need to print your boarding pass or a map to get to a site.
I offer some furniture for young children in special cases with an extra charge of € 25 for every day of the stay.

Although I will be out, I will be available for any need you have.

For this reason, I have to ask EVERY OLDER GUEST:

Please, if you have any situation (you have the keys inside, you have any doubts or something like that), DO NOT CALL THE NEIGHBORS.
They are kind people, but you must call me to solve any situation, because they should not be disturbed.
There is an additional cost for arriving before check-in time (between € 10 and € 15, depending on availability) and for arriving after check-out time (depending on availability, because there are times when it is not possible for reasons of cleaning) between € 10 and € 20.
A guest said the neighbor's dog made a noise.
Although it seems to have been an isolated case, I indicate it to be taken into account.

Please follow the rules
One people wash the car in the street and that is forbidden in Spain.
The loft is following all the local regulations and its number registration is VT-2824
Therefore, I need from every ADULT guest:
- Personal information that is available in your passport or ID (Full name, Number of the document, Date of issue, Nationality and Gender)
I will get it from a quick picture of the passports.
There are additional fees for early check ins and late check out (depending on availability):
-early check ins - € 10/15
-late check out - € 10/20
A guest told me that the dog of my neighbor made sounds.
I've been living for years and dozens of other guests haven't told me anything about it, but I just want to be take into account.
Vicálvaro is a quiet neighborhood and you will enjoy a different Madrid, I can tell you that!
The loft is in the center of the neighborhood, with lots of bars and cafeterias.
Actualy, you will find 2 restaurants in the same street of the loft with typical food that has nothing to do with touristic places (you can be surprised).
Also, there is a Burger King and a Domino's Pizza.
Supermarkets are walking distance and there is a convenience store in the same street.
There is a hairdresser in the street and a church that may be worth visiting.
You can walk to Faunia (a zoo, where you can find wild animals in their habitats: jungle, African woods, Poles, etc.
There is a park (small forest) where you can walk or go for a run, in case you are sporty :) - Just ask me for directions!
If you have a car with you, you can park in the area for free.
It is a safe area, but you park under your responsibility.
The loft is 8 minute walking to Rey Juan Carlos University.
There is a train that take you to Alcalá de Henares, home city of Cervantes, writer of "Quixote". It may take you 45 minutes.
Vicálvaro is not in the center of the city, so, please, take this into account when you decide to book my place.
Sadly, I am receiving 4 stars reviews because of the location and there is nothing I can do about it. This could affect me and even Airbnb could erase my ad and I need the money to pay the mortgage, so, please, take it into consideration.
Even though it is not in the center, it is perfectly communicated through Metro (San Cipriano station is 3 minute walk).
There are buses (4, 103, E3 and N7 - San Cipriano Stop)
Cercanías train (Puerta de Arganda / Vicálvaro).
A guest told me recently that Uber works just fine and it is around € 16 to get to the center of the city to the loft.
There is a taxi stop nearby in San Cipriano Street.
