Olivia decided that it was time for her to build her own dream house, and this is it...a gorgeous, modern, artistic riverfront home, a short stroll from old west Winthrop shops and eateries, and an even quicker drive.
Summer is a wonderful time to visit here with it easy outdoor access, shaded patio, and BBQ. The house is located near River Run Inn, and shares the lawn and low-bank riverfront access...a great place to put the inner tube in the river and float downstream.
The house is basically divided into two long rectangles, with the living room/dining/and kitchen on one side. The other side was Olivia's 'private' side, with a Queen bedroom and a large walk-through closet that connects to the bathroom. That same bath is also accessed through, what used to be her art studio, which now contains a Double and twin bunk bed. Therefore the bunk room is really a retrofitted large closet and access to this room is through the Queen room. Good for a family-type setting, but perhaps not for a variety of couples.

Internet speeds vary throughout the valley and outages or tech issues can occur that we have no control over, and for these reasons NO REFUNDS are given if the internet is problematic. IMPORTANT WINTER INFORMATION :
**Should you travel to the Methow during the winter months it is important to understand that you must be prepared for winter driving(keep chains, shovel...in the car) and all the inconveniences it causes you and the community you are visiting. The weather can be extreme with large snowfalls, unexpected technical issues, frozen pipes, impassable roads/driveways). If it snows while here you will have to wait for plow service just like every other person in the valley. There are a limited number of plow companies and Methow Reservations nor the owners of the house are in control of the plow company schedules. They have many different contracts and many miles of roads, driveways...to plow. If a plow person or a snow shoveler shows up to clear any area around the house, please do not argue with them or turn them away. Move your vehicles if asked. **PROPANE FIREPLACE--should there be tech issues or the propane fireplace upon your arrival please send a message through VRBO. Methow Reservations and the owner will try to troubleshoot and remedy the problem. If the problem requires a part or there is an issue with the propane company that may take longer that your stay, NO REFUNDS will be given.
