The Space:
If you’re thinking of vacationing in Acapulco and want a luxurious experience, Casa Utopia could not be more perfect! This property is breathtaking and is staffed with a daily cook who prepares breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks throughout the day, and a groundskeeper to ensure the property is always in top condition. This service is included in the rate (to accommodate 8 guests.) If your reservation is for 9 people and more, there's an extra $25 USD fee per person/per night for the on-site staff.
Please be very careful if travelling with young children, the house layout is not suitable for them to be unattended. Please take into account that if travelling with guests with reduced mobility, there are many stairs in the villa, not all of them with railings.

The property is located approximately 25 minutes (17.7 km/11 mi) from the Acapulco International Airport (ACA). You can easily hire a taxi or prearrange transportation with a driver at the airport. Other Things to Note:
The 3-level villa is situated on a hill, and guests are required to climb stairs. Please be very careful if travelling with young children, the house layout is not suitable for them to be unattended. Please take into account that if travelling with guests with reduced mobility, there are many stairs in the villa, not all of them with railings.
For safety reasons, minors are prohibited from staying alone or without a parent or legal guardian with them. ID will be required.

*Please note, in order to provide quality service according to your group, if your reservation is for 8 or more guests, there's an extra 25 USD fee per person/per night. This is an obligatory fee for hiring another staff member to assist you during your stay.
Wi-Fi, Smart TV, bed linens, washing machine, private pool, pool towels, bath essentials (toilet paper, shampoo & soap), and parking are complimentary during your stay.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
All reservations (excluding Airbnb) must pay a security deposit, in cash, of 10,000 MXN or 500 USD at check-in that will be refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please note that before check-in, we need to receive a copy of the IDs of all the guests staying at the property. Guests without an ID on file will not be granted access. Foreign nationals must use a valid passport or residence card. Also, upon arrival, you'll need to sign a registration form and sign the acknowledgment of house rules.
HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the grounds of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning costs if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
Someone will greet you at check-in to show you around and answer any questions. There’s a groundskeeper on-site at the property 24 hours a day who will always be there to let you in. It is essential, however, to be in contact and prearrange assistance whenever you’re returning home.
You’ll have complete privacy during your stay. The cook will be busy with their daily routine (9 am to 9 pm), but don’t hesitate to ask if you need anything. After 9 pm, the groundskeeper is there for any assistance you may need.
