Tropic Ouaté is located very close to the magnificent Lac Clair in St-Côme. In the heart of nature, the place is ideal for a change of scenery and relaxation. The heated and private indoor swimming pool will appeal to both young and old for a holiday atmosphere in the south.
The chalet can accommodate up to 18 guests, but a maximum of 12 adults.
The chalet has 5 bedrooms. The master bedroom, on the mezzanine, contains a king bed and a bassinet as well as an adjoining bathroom. We then find on the ground floor a second bedroom with a queen-size bed, a third with a queen-size bed and a single bed. In the basement, the fourth bedroom offers two double beds as well as two single bunk beds. The 5th bedroom has a double bed and three single beds, all bunk.
The kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook while on vacation. You will have 2 fondue dishes, 2 raclettes, a Nespresso small capsule machine, a propane BBQ and a lighter BBQ at your disposal!
The chalet has a large adjacent garage completely converted into a games room, with a bathroom. With the pool table, table football, ping pong table, you will have hours of fun guaranteed!
Don't forget the indoor pool and the outdoor spa, open all year round! For the summer, a short 3-minute walk will take you to Lac Clair, where a sandy beach and a dock on the lake with boats provided will allow you to enjoy the water. 3 paddle boards and 2 kayaks will be provided to you with life jackets, for hours of fun on the water!
The chalet also has a wood fireplace in the living room, and an outdoor fireplace for summer evenings. Starlink high-speed wifi will allow you to watch movies or work from the chalet without problem.
