Surrounded by greenery, this house located at 300m above sea level has the most amazing mountain views to the center of the Island. Enjoy it from the covered rooftop terrace, bedrooms' windows, the pool and the garden. Comfortable temperature all year around. Ample space for your group of 8 and up to 10 if you add the container studio to your reservation.
The property: This custom-built property features a house on a main level with 2 big rooms that accommodate 8 persons, one full bathroom, a living area, and a kitchen. Fully A/C.
Huge rooftop terrace with spectacular day and night views of the mountains. A rustic and special place to share with family and friends that offers an ample dining area, an exterior bar with a freezer and counter, and amenities to share a special meal, occasion, or just a place to hang out while enjoying the beautiful garden area and pool. 2 half bathrooms in the pool area to comfort those in a hurry with an exterior shower.
For a fee, groups of 9 or 10 guests will have access to the container studio and bathroom.
Guests will have private access to the pool, terrace, gardens.
Guests that payed to add the container studio will also have access to the container and it's full bathroom.
Guests are not allowed to access the trails in the property

Our property offers a great space to hold celebrations like birthdays and special occasions. For event inquiries, please read the "Other details to note" section.
TO HOLD AN EVENT IN OUR PROPERTY:
- A minimum 2 night stay is required. Up to 10 guests
- A contract will be sent by email for evaluation and signage
- The event permit is for one day between 10AM and 10PM, within your stay, considering the check in and checkout times.
- Owners reverse the right to accept or decline the event.
EVENT FEE:
An extra fee applies to events, based on the number of visitors.
Up to 30 persons = $250 event fee
Up to 40 persons = $300 event fee
Up to 50 persons = $350 event fee
We have available: 12 foldable plastic chairs, 6 rectangular plastic tables, 16 bar stools, the use of the roof top and its bar, pool , 2 bathrooms, one outside shower. Although we have parking available inside the property, it is limited. For large events, parking will be offered on the street.
Note: There's no lifeguard on service. You are responsible for the safety of your guests.
Container and house bathroom are exclusively to the use of the guests staying in the property. For events, 2 half bathrooms and an exterior shower will be available.
A contract needs to be signed and a refundable security deposit of $250 is required.
The reasons for NOT receiving the security deposit refund are:
- Skip checkout time (12m)
- Leaving equipment or materials from other vendors. not being picked up before checkout time.
- Smoking/vaping traces inside the house and/or container studio.
- Having over 10 guests sleeping in the property.
- Not returning chairs and/or tables organized and clean- as found.
- Use of confetti on any area of the property
- Music/sounds played at an excessive volume, that perturbs the community.
- Not respecting quiet hours: 10:00PM - 10AM
- Not picking up trash from all the surroundings and properly depositing in bags inside the provided trash cans in front of the property.
Not complying with the rules might end on a cancellation of stay and not receiving any refund.
After evaluating the property, the approved refund will be send within 5 days.
