Beautiful upscale country property. When you want to get away and don't want to be shoe horned in between homes and you prefer an estate setting, this is a rare find. It would be great for honey moon couples who want a relaxing private atmosphere. Want to travel but you don't want to be around a lot of people? This is the ticket! Anything you may need is provided, including, soaps, shampoos, toothpaste and tooth brushes, if you don't want to carry anything at all. Except clothing of course!
Safety. Yes as of now this is a big word. If you want a safe relaxing atmosphere, this is it. You will not want to leave. You are in an equestrian neighborhood but have all the privacy. This home, you can't even really see from the street and it is at the end of a dead end culdesac. Great neighbors. Again, a great alternative to being in a crowded setting without the worry that comes with that.
The home itself has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths. (2 Jack and Jill) Except for baths, the floors are all cherry hardwoods. The home is located in a gated private community and the property itself also has its own private gated front (code entry) and rear (lock) entrances. Resort style pool w/waterfalls, lighted flower beds and color changing LED lighting.
At the back patio you can step directly into the hot tub which is nice and private and the landscape lighting makes for a great restful setting.
The property around the home is beautifully landscaped and impeccably maintained. There is outside lighting in many of the trees and along the driveway. It really is beautiful at night. There is also a huge gameroom/workspace that is a great family gathering place to hang out upstairs and play games, air hockey and watch tv. The property has a whole house generator so you never have to worry about being without power. There is a home office with a tv and wifi if you need a work space. (plus battery back up power for computers) The 5 bedrooms are a comfortable size and there is plenty of closet space. The one car over sized garage is attached to the home and there is plenty of outside parking. There is a nice ping pong table set up in the garage but it can be folded up and moved if you prefer to park inside.
If you have valuables and need a safe, the home has 2. Inquire in advance if that is needed. Book reader? There are about 50 books in the office. The family room, game room, office, bedroom 3 (fancy day bed room) and the 5th bedroom all have a tv.
The air hockey table is a new addition to the gameroom and it is the nicest I have seen. There is a new wood cornhole (aka bean back toss) set for the yard. There is also a new basketball goal. More fun outdoor things will continuously be added.
A baby crib can also be provided and play pen per request at no additional fee but I need plenty of notice to set them up.

This is not a party house. It may lend itself to that by looking at it, but we can't have loud noisy parties (talking extreme) going on as it is still in a setting with neighbors. Fun? Yes lots of that is available and for free.
