Located in a quiet neighborhood. Paradise Pines was recently renovated with luxury touches and modern mountain farmhouse vibes.
Main floor is made for entertaining- open concept kitchen, dining and living room are perfect for chillin’ and cooking.
Laundry and mud room are off the garage. Easy to strip snow gear off in the winter and dry on hooks and dryers or hang towels and beach gear to dry from the lake in the summer.
Powder bathroom is on main floor.
2nd floor is the sleeping floor. All 4 bedrooms are upstairs. One main bathroom with tub and shower is shared by 3 rooms. An ensuite bathroom with custom tile shower and large rain head with glass enclosure is in the Master Bedroom. All rooms are large with lots of closet space. Memory foam beds with down duvets and plush pillows and bedding because to us, a good night’s sleep is everything.
The sofa bed in the living room is a high quality memory foam mattress so there's no fight over who gets the best bed in the house. Everyone will be sleeping like a baby!
BACKYARD:
The backyard is private oasis. Access the backyard from the two side gates or the back door off the kitchen.
Canadian made Cedar Barrel Sauna, made with local red cedar from Whistler, BC is located just off the patio for private unlimited access for guests. The sauna seats 4-6 guests. An electric heater is super easy and efficient to operate. Pour water on the rocks and enjoy pure hot heat with an earthy cedar scent and enjoy the health benefits in just one 15-minute session.
Fully cedar lined yard with fence, gives you the privacy you crave for relaxing in the sun on loungers or a take a break from the sun under the covered patio.
Green grass areas allow room for children to run and play. Some yard games like Ladderball, Bottle Smash and Frisbee are included for fun!
Play board games or cards till dark on the large teak wood patio set, then eat dinner AL fresco under the café lights.
There are not many street lamps illuminating the sky so you’ll be able to view the stars around your smokeless propane brick fire pit.
GUEST ACCESS
Guests will be able to access the entire home with garage and the private fully fenced cedar-lined back yard.

NOISE CONTROL
Our home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood just 2 mins off the highway. We have established neighbors in the community who have been here for years.
Because of our friendly and just generally awesome neighbors, we expect our guests to show neighborly kindness by keeping the outside noise to a minimum past 10:30pm.
GETTING AROUND:
Most likely you’ll arrive by vehicle so that’s a great option for getting around. But if you want your pace to be more relaxed, hop on bicycles and tour around the town, or walk. Our home is in a central location so lots of activities are within walking distance.
PARKING:
Paradise Pines has room for 8 vehicles on a concrete driveway. 2 vehicles can park secure and protected from the elements in the two-car garage. 4 vehicles can park directly in front of the garage.
The side of the house is a long strip of concrete, perfect for parking your wakeboard boat or 16-30’+ sled trailer. RV outlet is on that side of the garage too.
HOUSE RULES:
*NO Smoking, Vaping, Marijuana, or Drugs
*NO Parties or Events Whatsoever inside or outside the property. We have ring security cameras on-site.
*NO Excessive Guests. Maximum 12 guests (EXTRA guests requests must be granted permission by host upon booking)
*Excessive cleaning will be at $150 EXTRA charge if home is left very dirty
*Damages up to $500.00 will be paid if damages are incurred during guest stay. These include damage to walls, floors, cabinetry, appliances, linens, beds, towels, decor, furniture or the sauna. Guests will be rated poorly and their reputation affected and claim opened with VRBO.
*Guests MUST follow SAUNA Rules.
*If SAUNA is used and left Excessively Dirty, guests will be charged $200.00
*Noise Control. No noise disturbances after outside after 10:00pm. There is a noise level city ordinance we do not want complaints! Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation, and claim filed with VRBO.
*Please only flush toilet paper and NOTHING else. If the septic clogs during your stay, a fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs .
*This is a NO shoes house. All shoes must be taken off at entry. Please understand that this takes A LOT of time to clean. Thank you.
