Located at a fantastic resort in the sought after destination of Southerness in Dumfries & Galloway, the lodge is spacious but cosy with a fantastic decking area to take in the outstanding views of the beach and sea beyond.
On site facilities include childrens play areas and clubs, excellent swimming pool along with a bar & restaurant.

Arrive at the lodge and you will be greeted with the beautiful views of the beach and sea.
Sitting area:- With comfortable seating and large smart tv this is the perfect space to relax and catch up on your favourite shows after a long day at the beach or exploring everything our beautiful region has to offer, alternatively, curl up with a good book in front of the picture windows with views to the beach and sea, there's even plenty of room for family games night!
Kitchen:- The fully equipped kitchen has everything needed for preparing a light lunch or full evening meal. The open plan design means that the chef of the group won't miss out on all the fun with the rest of the party.
Bedroom 1:- A super comfortable double bed and plenty of storage space for personal belongings make this the ideal place for a great night sleep after fun packed days.

Main bathroom:- The main bathroom is light and bright with a good size shower.
Cloakroom:- For convenience there is also a separate cloakroom with WC & basin.
OUTDOOR SPACE
There is spacious decking areas to the side and back of the lodge, with outdoor seating this is a idyllic spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine whilst soaking in the views.
There is off street parking directly next to the lodge for up to 2 cars.
Southerness has a large, shallow, sandy beaches on both sides of the rocks next to the village, to the west they extend out to the vast Mersehead Sands exposed at low tide. Southerness lighthouse, a local landmark, was built in 1749 and is one of the oldest lighthouses in Scotland.
For Golfers Southerness is a dream! On the peaceful shores of the beautiful Solway coast lies Southerness Golf Course, one of Scotland’s finest golf courses. Designed by MacKenzie Ross and built in 1947, our guests can enjoy a true championship links course amidst the natural beauty and character of this tract of wild land by the sea.
On site facilities are fantastic, have a splash at the indoor swimming pool, explore the on-site nature trail or let the kids spend some pocket money at the arcade! When evening arrives, the entertainment venue is the place to be for some amazing performances and plenty of laughter. (Please note, the indoor pool is open from 07/02/25 - 09/11/25.)
