Within 15 minutes, you can be at Charlestown and South Kingstown beaches and within 20 - 25 minutes, the beaches in Narragansett await you.
Guests will be greeted by gorgeous views of the 28-acre pond, which is popular with local anglers in search of Largemouth Bass and Rainbow Trout. If you're seeking a slower pace, the house features everything needed to unwind on site, including a fire pit and above ground pool overlooking Barbers Pond. Two kayaks included in this rental are perfect for a casual paddle around the pond, which remains peaceful year-round and is only open to non-motorized watercraft.
This immaculate, modern Colonial home with new furniture and décor can comfortably accommodate ten guests. All four bedrooms are located on the second level, including one king bedroom with en suite bathroom, three additional bedrooms and shared hall bathroom. Each bedroom has a Smart TV and new mattresses. The first level offers two living rooms, updated kitchen, dining room, den with a pull-out sofa and half bathroom. The spacious kitchen features an island with bar seating, stainless steel appliances and plenty of updated cookware to prepare delicious meals at home. A Weber grill is also provided for quintessential summer grilling. Central air keeps the house cool and comfortable during the warm summer months. The basement has a dartboard and additional refrigerator for beverages.
The University of Rhode Island Kingston campus is only minutes away. Town and state beaches in Charlestown, Narragansett, and South Kingstown are all within 15 -25 minutes of the house. The area's amazing local restaurants and breweries are even closer! Great area breweries like Shaidzon Brewing Co. and Tilted Barn are a short 10-minute drive and offer a chance to sample some of the state's best (and freshest) local beers.
Immerse yourself in the area's abundant natural beauty with a walk through the winding paths at Barbers Pond and the Great Swamp Management Area. This property is managed by Sunrise Properties in Narragansett, RI. Please note that during the summer season (June 17 - September 4) this rental requires a seven night minimum with turnovers on Friday or Saturdays.
A four night minimum on holiday and/or May graduation weekends is required. Check-in is no earlier than 3:00 on your check-in day and check-out is no later than 10:00 the following Saturday. All properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized between stays. A linen package is included with the rental, this included commercially laundered linens, a towel set (bath towel, hand towel and facecloth) for each occupant, bath mat and kitchen towels. Please note that linens are rented on a weekly basis and multiple week rentals will incur additional costs. Beach towels are not included, tenants will need to bring their own.
