Casa Helena is a wonderful home for couples or small groups to enjoy time in Costa Rica's amazing southern pacific zone. Guests will be close to all of the amazing nature that Costa Rica has to offer (howler monkeys, toucans, scarlet macaws, flowers, fruit trees, etc) and be close to some of the fun and entertainment that Ojochal offers - amazing restaurants, friendly bars and live music.

This is a great home with views of the Talamanca mountains, which rise above Ojochal.
This newly expanded home has two bedrooms - one on the main floor and one upstairs. Each bedroom has air conditioning and plenty of space. The upstairs bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and walkout to the second-floor patio or yoga zone.
The open floorplan making it easy to move from one room to the other. The ground floor houses a lovely cook’s kitchen with handy features. The bedroom is large and has air conditioning (and a ceiling fan).
The private outdoor courtyard and private pool is where most guests spend the majority of their time, when they aren't out exploring the nearby beaches (Playa Tortuga and Playa Ventanas), volunteering at Reserva Playa Tortuga (want to help protect the turtles? They are always looking for day-volunteers), ziplining through the jungle, watching whales or bird-watching or enjoy the nearby restaurants.
There is a large, open-air loft upstairs that captures the full view of the magnificent Mountain View. It is a great place to practice (or to learn) yoga, enjoy your morning coffee or simply relax in. We can help line up a private yoga instructor or private masseuse if you want the ultimate privacy and pampering. This is accessible from either the upstairs Owner's Suite or from the outside spiral staircase.
The home ~30MB internet speed which is more than enough for Zoom meetings, streaming movies on your personal device or on the 39" SmartTV in the living room.
Every vacation rental managed by Osa Property Management will have the following provided:

This is a great home for short-term or long-term rentals.

Representatives from Osa Property Management will be available via WhatsApp during normal business hours, and in the case of an emergency (property problem, health issue) anytime.
Osa Property Management has offices located in Uvita and Coronado.
Guests will receive a restaurant recommendations and Osa Property Management, in conjunction with Epic Costa Rica Tours, can schedule all of your tours. Your only 'job' will be to book Casa Helena, let us know what you enjoy doing through emails/text/calls, and enjoy your time in Ojochal.
This home is located in Ojochal, Costa Rica.
Ojochal is home to beaches, restaurants. grocery stores, a pharmacy, a turtle and animal reserve and even a library.
Playa Tortuga is a very common beach and has a south and a north entrance and is 10 minutes from the property.
Reserva Playa Tortuga is located en route to the south entrance of the beach, and is a volunteer organization that protects, tracks and studies turtles, caymans and birds in the area. Be sure to drop by Reserva Playa Tortuga when visiting Playa Tortuga (beach)
Ojochal is known throughout Costa Rica as home to some of the country's best restaurants, including Citrus, Exotica and Fusion. There are plenty of other restaurants, all with different menus and also be sure to try some authentic Costa Rica restaurants with their rice and beans, casadas and fruit juices.
Ojochal is known throughout Costa Rica, and indeed the world, for its amazing blend of local life, ex-pat life, amazing restaurants, world-class beaches (Playa Ventanas), a turtle sanctuary (Reserva Playa Tortuga) and wildlife.
Guests routinely see and/or hear toucans, howler monkeys, scarlet macaws, blue morpho butterflies and other amazing wildlife found in the nearby this area of Costa Rica.
This is a home with private access, located behind an unmanned gate. Guests will have 24-hour access.
Check-in must be completed by 8:30 pm
In special circumstances, and confirmed in advance, check-in can be completed by 10 pm, but there will be an additional charge of $75.
The property is a private home with no shared spaces. Guests will have the exclusive use of the property and the PRIVATE SWIMMING POOL.
A private vehicle is necessary. There are neither taxis nor Uber available in Ojochal.
