The Perley Mills Trail is right at the end of our driveway - 3.7 miles easy - it's also a 'multi use trail' which means mountain biking, ATV, or hiking - there are a ton of other hikes/rides off of that main one.
Bald Pate is 3.5 miles away or 6 minutes by car - hiking only with lots of options
Pleasant Mountain is 6.0 miles away or 11 minutes - hiking only with lots of options
Snowmobile/ATV trail ITS89 is at the end of our driveway

The entire pond has 2 other homes that have access. It is a private pond with no public access.
Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
- Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
- No smoking in the house
- The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
- A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
- Quiet time is from 10pm-8am (inside and outside of the house)
- NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
