Relax at our beautifully updated, peaceful, ground-floor condo!
Located in Northern Phoenix 20 minutes from the airport, surrounded by mountains, pools, and hot tubs. You'll love be encapsulated by nature and beauty in the Pointe Tapatio condo complex. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms comfortably sleep 4 people with plenty of space to separate and gather whether inside the living room or on the private patio.

Our condo is 1038 sq feet with 2 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms featuring an outdoor patio that extends from the living room to the master bedroom.
Our home is able to accommodate 4 guests.
*Master Bedroom 1 + Bath : In the larger of the two bedrooms, there's a queen-sized bed with an extension to the outdoor patio. Aroma therapy is provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful night's sleep. There is a TV in this bedroom. Attached to this room is a large bathroom with a shower, a large closet with outdoor accessories, a sink area, and a toilet.
*Bedroom 2 + Bath : In the other bedroom, you will find two single-size beds. Aroma therapy is provided if you choose to use it to ensure a restful night's sleep. There is a TV in this bedroom. This room walks into a large bathroom with a shower, huge walk-in closet, double sink area, and separate toilet.
Bedrooms are complete with linens, and 1 pillow per person.
Bathrooms are complete with 1 shower towel per guest, 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel, and 1 face towel. For stays longer than 5 days, additional towels per guest are provided. A hair dryer, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner are also provided for your convenience
*Living Room :
Cozy up by the fireplace or kick back on the sofa while watching the TV.
*Kitchen & Dining :
The kitchen is complete with all the tools you will need for cooking and eating at home. There is a table for 4 person dining. Basic kitchen ingredients such as salt, pepper, and olive oil are available for your use. Dishwasher is available for use at your convenience.
Coffee will be provided for you to make by either single re-useable pod or a pot.
*Pool, Hot Tub, Grill + Outdoor restrooms: You will have access to our pool and spas between the hours of 7 AM - 10 PM every day.
Please be respectful of noise volume, especially after 9:00 PM.
*Washer/Dryer: Available for you to use at any point during your stay. Detergent is provided.

- No Shoes: Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
- No Smoking or Vaping: Smoking or vaping (including marijuana and tobacco) are NOT allowed inside or on the patio. A $500 fee applies for any evidence of smoking.
- No Mailing Packages: Do NOT send or receive packages at the property.
- No Excessive Guests: Additional guests NOT on the reservation require approval and will incur a $50 fee per guest.
- Report Damages: If anything breaks, notify us immediately through the app with a photo. Failure to report damages will result in a $150 fine plus repair costs.
- No Parties: No parties inside or outside the property since this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Noise must be minimal after 9:00 PM - 7AM. Violating this will result in the termination of your reservation.
- Noise & Security: Violation of the noise ordinance or tampering with security devices will lead to immediate reservation termination with NO refund and a $500 fine with possible legal action.
- Excessive Cleaning: $100 fee if the property is left with excessive trash.
- Keep Doors Closed: Refunds won't be offered for sightings of bugs outside or inside the property. This is common in Arizona due to the seasonal nature of bug activity.
