UPON ARRIVAL:
- Tower III is accessible from the parking garage via the bridge on level 3.
- Complimentary luggage carts are available on level 3 near the bridge.
- Our elevators are numerous, quick, clean, and smell great! The unit is accessible directly from the elevator lobby, so no need to go outside.
- A personalized lock code, picked by you, allows for easy access to the unit.
IN THE UNIT:
- The unit was fully refreshed with new furnishings, amenities, beds, linens, WiFI, and décor.
- Rest: there are three beds in the unit. 1 king Helix mattress in the bedroom, 1 queen pullout in the living room, and 1 twin rollaway that can be placed as needed. All mattresses are new and supplied with luxurious, 100% cotton linens from Standard Textile (the same brand that supplies the Ritz Carlton and other fine hotels). One extra set of sheets are available if needed. Our pillows are clean, fluffy, and abundant. Both the bedroom and living room are equipped with darkening curtains and ceiling fans for a perfect milieu. The bedroom nightstands are outfitted with wireless charging stations for your phone, watch, and earbuds.
- Rejuvenate: the unit is equipped with 2 full bathrooms; one is en suite to the bedroom and the other is off the hallway. Each bathroom is fully stocked with bath tissue and our ultra-soft, oversized bath towels. Don’t miss the fluffy bath robes in the master bath. A hairdryer, iron, and illuminated full-length & vanity mirrors are available. Forgot something? We have you covered. Check out our “forgot something” box under the sink in case you left an important toiletry at home.
- Eat: Our kitchen is full-stocked with pots, pans, cooking utensils, dishes, drinking glasses, bowls, baking sheets, measuring cups, knives, cutting boards, storage containers, a toaster, mixer, blender, and everything else you need for that favorite home-cooked meal!
- Drink: our barista-inspired coffee station is fully stocked and ready to get you caffeinated! We provide you with a bag of coffee beans to grind in the burr bean grinder, ensuring the freshest, tastiest cup of Joe! No need to run to the store, everything from the beans to the sugar, sweetener, and creamer is waiting for you. For a special treat, make a cappuccino with the milk frother. Need a drink without the jolt? Decaf and herbal teas are also provided. Disposable cups with lids are available for a coffee to go.
Care for a cocktail? A shaker and bar tools are in the cabinet. Wine and cocktail glasses are provided. Please use the plastic cups when going to the pool.
- Relax: you’ve on vacation after all! With so much to do, you’ll likely run out of time before you run out of adventures. Here are a few recommendations:
o Sunbathe on the private beach. Our beach is located on the sugary white sands of the Emerald Coast in front of Towers I & II. We provide a beach buggy equipped with 2 chairs, an umbrella, cooler, and towels. It is stored in the utility room near the entrance. Please remove all sand before returning it. To access Calypso’s beach, take the elevator to level 3. Cross the bridge to the parking garage, continue across the skybridge, and exit to the sand without ever leaving the resort. Note: optional chair service is available on the sand at an additional cost.
o Lounge at the incredible resort pool. Enter the resort deck on the ground level and take advantage of our gorgeous beach entry pool. Chaise loungers and chairs are complimentary. Drinks are allowed, but no glass and not near the edge of the pool. Soothe your body in the hot tub, or read a book in the cozy pergolas. Note: cabana rental is available at an additional cost.
o Indulge in happy hour on the expansive private balcony overlooking the Gulf. Perched high above the water, the views are priceless.
o Watch the game or binge your favorite series on the huge smart TV. The soundbar is Bluetooth-ready to stream your favorite songs.
o Stay fit in the modern, bright, air-conditioned fitness center on the ground floor.
o Dine at the on-site restaurant which will even deliver to your unit.
o The Tipsy Turtle, located on the ground floor of the parking garage mixes up some refreshing adult slushies.

THE FINE PRINT:
- Parking (if needed) is on-site, spacious, and adjacent to Tower III. Your parking pass is emailed prior to arrival and includes full in/out privileges for the duration of your stay. The parking garage is first come, first served. Handicapped parking is available. Oversized vehicles may park on the exterior of the garage. Note: the HOA charges a one-time, flat fee of $60.00 per vehicle, per stay (irrespective of length of stay). The fee is payable directly to the HOA and is not included in the booking. If parking is needed, please advise and a link will be sent.
- While Calypso shares its name, Tower III is independent from Towers I & II. Our resort deck with pool, cabanas, tiki bar, hot tub, firepit, and fitness center is for the exclusive use of Tower III guests. Likewise, the same amenities at Tower I & II are exclusive for their guests. The private beach, skybridge crossing, parking garage, restaurants, and bars are shared and open to guests of either resort! Wristbands must be worn while visiting any of the resort amenities.
