Description of the announcement
This wonderful apartment, just renovated on the fourth floor, is located on the main road that connects Pettanasco to Orta San Giulio and Omegna. It is suitable for both short and long stays and is perfect for families, couples or business trips.
The house is comfortable to accommodate up to 5 people. From the balcony you can enjoy a splendid lake view.
Space
The kitchen, where there is a rectangular table with 4 chairs, is furnished with dishes, pots, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, stove, electric kettle, coffee machine and toaster. At guests' disposal there is a knife block, a manual distributor for corn flakes, a kitchen scale and a drying rack, tablecloths, as well as blankets, sheets and towels.
The bathroom has a shower (size 140 * 80 cm) with a non-slip resin marble shower tray, 2 sinks, a washing machine in addition to a toilet and a bidet. A COURTESY KIT FOR THE BATHROOM will be provided (see PHOTO).
The bedroom consists of 3 single beds (2 fixed plus one removable), in the bedroom there is a double bed.
In the room there is a rectangular table with 6 chairs, a flat TV (43 INCH 4K UHD where you can see the sporting events proposed by the DAZN application) and 2 sofas with 2 seats.
There is a garage and WIFI throughout the house with speeds up to 100 megs. Upon arrival you will find a WELCOME KIT (see PHOTO) which can vary.
To recapitulate the apartment (of 82 sqm), reachable by elevator, consists of: corridor, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. On the terrace there is a living room (with a rectangular bench, 2 smaller square benches and a small table) thanks to which you can comfortably enjoy a wonderful lake view with a fabulous sun.

Other things to consider
The Municipality of Pettenasco applies the tourist tax. Therefore, € 0.50 per person will be requested at check-in for each day of stay (children under 13 are exempt)
On request during your stay you can request, for a fee, the washing service (if you do not want to use a washing machine present or you do not have time available) and ironing of clothes or even ironing.
The district
Overview
It is located in a well served area, in fact there are shops in the apartment including the pharmacy, a fruit and vegetable shop, a cheese-salami shop and a wine shop; moreover, the Conad City supermarket is 500 meters away.
Our apartment is located in a strategic position convenient to reach the main attractions of Lake Orta and Maggiore. The village of Orta San Giulio (with its island) is only 5 minutes away by car, in 30 minutes you can reach Stresa (and the Borromean Islands) and Arona, the town of Omegna is only 7 Km away. Finally, the international airport of Milan Malpensa is 50 km away.
Pettenasco, (located halfway between the provinces of Novara and Verbania) a quiet town overlooking Lake Orta, offers various services: post office, newsagent-tobacconist, bakery, petrol station, bar, restaurant-pizzeria and hairdresser.
From our apartment you can reach the lake promenade and the various free beaches in 5 minutes on foot
Move in the area
Our apartment can be easily reached by any means of transport:
- MACHINE (which can be parked in the garage)
- BUS (the bus stop is 200 meters away)
- TRENO (the station is 500 meters away)
It is also possible to use the bicycle to discover the unexplored places of Lake Orta, Maggiore, Ossola, Verbano and Valsesia with heterogeneous and breathtaking views.
In this way it will be possible to learn, learn, appreciate and love what the territory has to offer: places, spaces, buildings and monuments but also artisan and artistic productions and those treasures that are not noticed when going at higher speeds.
You can use the BATTELLO (which is a 5-minute walk away) to reach Orta San Giulio, Pella and Omegna.
It is also possible to reach the main tourist areas or arrive from Malpensa airport with the NCC (RENT WITH DRIVER).

In addition to the garage there is the possibility of parking a second car in the parking lot under the house.
