This simple but recently renovated house is located just 7 minutes walk (550 meters) from the beach of Felloniche, a pretty cove of sand and pebbles on the Ionian coast of Salento, not far from San Gregorio, Santa Maria di Leuca and Pescoluse.
The house is surrounded by a private garden with terraces, with a beautiful view of the sea and the olive trees below and a small private pool (dimensions 3.40 x 2 meters, depth approx. 1 meter), ideal for children or for adults too cool off from the summer heat. Below the house is your olive grove, also for exclusive and private use, like all the interior and exterior areas of the property. Grab a good book and a deck chair and relax in the shade of an ancient olive tree!
Inside the house there are two bedrooms (one with a double bed, the other with two single beds that can be joined to form a second double bed if necessary), a bathroom with shower, a spacious living room with dining table and chairs, a double sofa bed (190x140 cm) , as well as a well-equipped kitchen with gas stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, plates, cutlery, pots etc. The interiors are partly air-conditioned and the bedrooms are equipped with fans.
The living room is open to the covered outdoor terrace; this is also furnished with a dining area as well as deck chairs/loungers and a covered lounge area for your relaxation. From the outside there is also access to a second toilet with washing machine. The property is fenced; in the house there is a free WiFi connection with a premium business contract and unlimited data traffic. You can park your cars on the property.
From the house you can walk slightly downhill to the already mentioned Marina di Felloniche beach, which is also suitable for children. In Felloniche you will also find several restaurants and shops as well as a small supermarket. In Santa Maria di Leuca it is possible to rent boats with and without skipper, for example to visit the impressive sea caves in the area.
🛏️ Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €20 per person. Beach/pool towels are not provided.
🧽 Final cleaning is not included and costs €80, unless you clean yourselves before departure.
🐶 Dogs and pets are allowed (max 2 dogs or pets, surcharge €60 per dog/pet). You will need to inform us in advance.
💰 We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.
⚡ Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kW charged to guests was €0,38 on 28/08/2023, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot, your actual price per kW will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.
We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable despite inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals. Thank you for your understanding.
