Welcome to our charming “cottage feel” beach paradise. This serene and welcoming retreat is the perfect getaway for guests seeking an enchanting and private escape enjoying the breathtaking Sunrise and Sunsets over the Long Island Sound.
Located on our private beach steps away from the water. Our stairway to heaven (elevator access available to make quick work of bringing in your luggage) will take you up to 3 bedrooms on 2 floors (2nd floor 2 bedrooms; one with queen one with trundle (two twins), 1st floor 1 bed with queen bed) with plenty of space for everyone to unwind. Each bathroom (one on each floor) has 2 entries (1 into a private bedroom), and offers a shower, and/or bathtub, and a hair dryer for your convenience. Additionally, you'll find 2 cozy living rooms with a sofa bed (sleeps 2) in each, providing extra comfort. Enjoy the fantastic panoramic views off our 2 very large decks or watch the sunrise over the marsh.
The house is equipped with most things you’ll need for an extended stay. We have clean linens, towels, a fully equipped kitchen with extras including; air fryer, hand mixer, blender and toaster coffee maker on both floors, mini fridge and microwave on bottom floor. We have a new gas grill on the deck for your bbq’s and outdoor seating and dining furniture. Our home has wifi and smart tv’s for when you need to get out of the sun. We have a washer and dryer on premises.
We are a bike ride/walk away from a park and a couple of restaurants and shops, one of which the New York Times voted "the most romantic restaurant on Long Island." We have a boat ramp at the end of the road, for easy access to the Sound for boats/jetskis and a canoe and two kayaks that you can bring right down to the water edge and hop in for your use. Great beach fishing at your fingertips. Minutes by car to Wildwood state park, wineries/breweries/cider house/distillery, farm stands, Golf courses, East Wind Spa/Shoppes, Splish Splash water park, the Long Island aquarium and more.... 35min to Hamptons (without traffic).
REQUIRED TO RENT:
- You must fill out and sign the rental agreement
- You must sign a waiver to use the canoe and kayaks
- You must sign a waiver to use the elevator
- Maid service is not included but a weekly cleanup can be provided at an extra cost.
- Parties MUST BE AGREED UPON IN ADVANCE and have requirements to adhere by.
