The five bedrooms are designed for you to get an amazing night sleep. All rooms include blackout shades, TV, and memory foam mattresses. We also have two young kiddos of our own, so we’ve included two pack and plays for families with littles.

The heart of the house is the open-concept kitchen, where you'll find a well-equipped kitchen ready to inspire your culinary adventures. Complete with oils, spices, cookware, and utensils, you'll have everything you need to whip up delicious meals for your group. And for coffee lovers, we've got you covered! Our luxury coffee bar allows you to customize your brew with different flavors of beans and coffee syrups for the perfect cup every time.

We know that some of the best moments are forged around the dinner table. That’s why we included a circular table for you to share stories and reminisce on the good ole days! The dinner table includes seating for 9 with another 3 island spots available.
✅ GAME ROOM:
You know we got some games… this is the BR Playhouse after all. In the game room you will find an interactive mural with two hands that snatch you up in the painting. It’s the perfect selfie wall to capture memories with. Also, included in the game room is a ping pong table, pop a shot and plenty of board games.
✅ HOME THEATER:
Get ready to immerse yourself in blockbuster magic at our movie theater! You'll feel like you're part of the action with the surround sound system and massive 75 inch screen. There are 12 chairs available for maximum viewing pleasure. Need a snack to go with your favorite movie? Don’t worry we got you covered (popcorn included)- we even have a variety of spices to satisfy all your salty (or sweet!) cravings. It's time to sit back, relax, and let the cinema experience come to life.

All three bathrooms have been tastefully decorated and are full bathrooms with tubs. The bathrooms are stocked with towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.
✅ LIVING ROOM:
The living room features an eclectic mix of comfortable seating, with a plush sofa and chairs upholstered in vivid colors, 65-inch TV and an gas fireplace.
✅ HOT TUB:
As you step outside the back of this fabulous home, an oasis awaits with an inviting 7 person hot tub. Don’t worry about the weather as we’ve added a pergola to protect you from the rain or snow.
✅ BACKYARD:
The large backyard is a playground of adventure with plenty of yard games to unwind and play and make memories. We love a little friendly competition with family and friends, so we’ve included a mini soccer field and spike ball.
✅ FIREPIT:
The backyard also features an inviting, custom built fire pit to gather around and immerse yourself in warmth and laughter. Our firepit is smokeless and wood burning, making it the perfect spot to roast smores!
✅ DECK:
A vibrant outdoor living space awaits right off the kitchen, complete with a large deck adorned with string lights, colorful patio furniture and a BBQ grill.
✅ WASHER DRYER:
Brand new washer dryer for your use so feel free to pack light!
