The Space:
This 1792 sq ft single-family home has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests. The home features:
- An open floor plan living space with vaulted ceilings with contemporary decor that’s stylishly minimalistic with a super comfy sectional sofa and a SmartTV for relaxing downtime moments at home.
- A beautiful and fully-equipped kitchen with high-end appliances, fixtures & features, and all you’d need to prepare meals at home. Plus it has a dishwasher for easy cleanup!
- The kitchen island is long and can seat at least 6 people across on the bar stools! And there are other seating areas to lounge around, plus a little tea table nook. Many of these places are lap-top friendly too if you need to get a little work or studying done.
- Direct access from the living room to the covered lanai with an outdoor dining table and ceiling fan. It’s all screened in to keep pests out so you can dine comfortably and keep an eye on the action in the pool!
- There’s a private screened-in swimming pool for you whenever you need a refreshing dip.
- 3 bedrooms (5 beds) and 2 full bathrooms. The rooms are configured as such:
Bedroom 1: 1 King bed w/ensuite bathroom
Bedroom 2: 1 Queen bed
Bedroom 3: 1 Bunk bed with a double bottom & twin/single top plus a double trundle pullout

Located about an hour north of Tampa and St. Pete/Clearwater and also Busch Gardens Theme Park for a great day trip. Or head to the beach! The nearest is Hudson Beach (near Robert J. Strickland Memorial Park). It’s the Gulf of Mexico, so you can catch the sunset there, maybe a wild dolphin sighting, and there are great restaurants in this area too, plenty of picnic benches, a kids’ park, clean restrooms, and fishing spots. This place is so well located for a variety of different tastes & activities for all ages!

**PLEASE NOTE this home is currently up for sale and there could be a showing during your stay. You'll be given at least 24 hours notice.
Wi-Fi, SmartTV, parking, bed linens, beach and bath towels, and beach chairs are provided free during your stay.
We provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like paper towels, some dishwasher soap, detergent, trash bags in all trash cans, some toilet paper, and hand soap. Please note, that these items are not replenished. When you run out, you’ll need to purchase what you need.
There’s no daily housekeeping, but if you’d like the place cleaned during your stay, cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee.
Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
There are baby amenities available such as an outdoor baby play pen, a booster chair, a baby bathtub, and a stroller for your use with no extra fee.
A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
Please note that the pool cleaner comes Tuesdays at 5 pm to clean the pool which takes about 20 minutes.
HOUSE RULES
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis, or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise won't be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during your stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed.
Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in by accessing the keys from the lockbox at the front door. The lockbox access code will be sent within 24 hours of your arrival.
