Résumé: We had issues with our check-in. We arrived later (which we told our host about already) but then due to a snowstorm, we arrived even later than planned and had no access to the unit until check-in time the following day. We thankfully had friends in town who let us sleep on their couch, but it would be nice to be refunded for the night we were unable to access the unit. We also requested a later check-out and never received confirmation of that, so the cleaning crew did show up as we were preparing our kids for a quick lunch and departure. Better communication would have made this a better place for us to stay. Place was very clean and worked great for us once we got in. The rooms were a bit crowded though with not much space for luggage due to so many beds placed. The layout felt slightly awkward with no tv in the living room. I understand this is for families, but when the kids are in bed, it's nice to sit on a couch and watch some non kid tv.
