Other activities include build sand castles at the beach - just a short walk away, dining in LBI (15 minute drive) or enjoying the Atlantic City Boardwalk just a 30 min drive down the parkway. IMPORTANT:
Absolutely no large group rentals/party rentals. This lovely community has many full time residents and the township has a strict 8pm noise ordinance.
The space
The entire home is yours to use along with deck and private dock.

The home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac which has little traffic and is great for kids.
A propane grill is available for use from May-September. Please use foil when cooking and clean grill and turn off propane at tank after use.
Full Kitchen with dining area and bar cart.
Washer and Dryer available in the home for your use. An ironing board and iron are also available for use.
No badges required for access to Barnegat Beach.
We are located on the water. YOU ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK. We are NOT responsible for any accidents that occur or happen near the water or on the property/premises. PLEASE NOTE; the WATER is not fenced/gated off from the premises. PLEASE EXERCISE CAUTION. Please ONLY use the safety ladder to access the water. DO NOT JUMP OFF THE DOCK. The bay is too shallow for jumping/diving and jumping/diving can result in injury.

ITEMS GUESTS WILL NEED TO BRING:
All Beds have a quilt, pillow, sheets and mattress covers provided. Linens will be placed folded on top of each bed or will be stored in the closet.
Guests will need to supply their own beach towels and beach chairs.
Paper products (paper towels and toilet paper) are supplied upon arrival, once depleted guests will need to supply any additional for their stay.

Guests will be provided with code upon booking and will have access to the property via Smart-Lock for the duration of their stay.
There is parking in the front of the house for up to 3 cars. Additional parking is available on the street. Please park only on or in front of driveway as to not block neighbors driveways or mailboxes.
The home is yours to use along with deck and private dock. Guests have access to all the home has to offer during their stay with the exception of the garage, master walk in closet (drawers storage and collapsable hanger available) and an additional storage closet which will remain locked.
Photographs of this property were taken in 2021. Upgrades to this property, including renos and changes to decor as well as changes to neighboring properties may occur over time. Therefore, photos may not always reflect most recent upgrades.
Many residents in the neighborhood are Full Time Residents and have children. We expect guests to abide by rules regarding noise levels after 8pm. Guests are to be respectful of neighbors and noise levels at all times and especially in the evening.
