My available Whole Place apartment are just for short and long term travelers! The apartment is centrally located in Istanbul so you have access to everywhere easily and cheaply. Subway, metrobus, bus, taxi, ferries, Marmaray, bridges are crazy close! But most importantly, the bed is so comfy!
It is a really good deal and comfortable in terms of accomodation prices, services around city. Also its being central to everywhere comes appealing to my guests
Latest upgrade: Now we have Air Conditioner too! You will be able to refresh yourself with a nice cool breeze on your face after a hot summer day in the city.
Latest Upgrade 2: Now we have Television set in the livingroom with HDMI cable provided! So you will be able chill with your movies and Netflix with a bigger screen and louder sound. The TV also has National Channels!
I designed and decorated this aparment to be a nice calming nest and a roomy, spacious apartment which has almost all facilities that is gonna be needed during a trip. For family, friends and couple stay.
This is actually my new project on Vrbo so my new apartment. Thats why this one has not got that many reviews yet like the reviews on my profile. Help me out :)
Just 6 minutes on foot to the subway stop!
My bed is Queen size bed. You can have a nice night long sleep. Kitchen is all ready to use for cooking or you can just order from outside and eat it in the kitchen. I have 25 MB unlimited internet!
Apartment is at the garden floor, meaning you need to go one floor down to access the flat. No problem with the light, it is filled in with the light inside both from the livingroom-front side and also from the backside.

Some FAQ before the start;
No charge for Laundry machine.
No charge for salt, oil, sugar, tea or other kind of kitchen essentials.
No charge for basic cleaning products. You dont shop for soap, papers, garbage bags, detergents and softerners unless you choose something specific for your special usage.
No charge for essential milk+oatmeal breakfast please ask for it if you want because not all of my guests demand it so i dont prepare it by default to not waste it.
All of them are included so FREE. You dont have to pay for things that you are not even gonna finish the whole thing.
All rooms are separate and have their own lockable keys. Please let me know in case of finished products above so i will shop for you asap.

My flat is around 4th Levent, one of transportation hubs of the city, which is a convenient neighborhood approximately 15 minutes subway distance to Taksim Square, 10 minutes subway distance to Nisantası, Sisli, 20 minutes bus distance to Beshiktash(depends on traffic and how you go)(where you can also take ferries to every ferry stop by Bosphorus) the centers of touristic attraction and nightlife in Istanbul.
Direct Maslak Acibadem Hospital connection through metro. You can go there from 4th Levent Metro Station and get off at its Darussafaka station. 4th Levent Metro Station is only 6 minutes away by foot. Its only 5 km far from the apartment if you will go by car.
Easy New Istanbul Airport access. The bus service to new 3rd. Istanbul Airport passes from 5 minutes away from the apartment. The bus service starts from Taxim and passes from 4th Levent(where my apartment is around). Getting on from 4th Levent is more convenient than getting on from Taxim because after Taxim(so many people and car) due to the traffic it takes 45 minutes more to come 4th Levent. So you could use that time to sleep and rest 45 minutes more in the early mornings and late nights. Also not to get stressed due to traffic and missing flights.
A new and my favorite alternative for arriving home after new Istanbul Airport subway finish, you can also come through M11 metroline! You get off at Gayrettepe station and transfer to the M2 green line-Haciosman direction. Get off at “4th” Levent station. This subway is currently working but Gayrettepe station is planned to finish at April 2023. Please check its availability first.
Easy access to the neighborhood. Especially from Sabiha Gokcen International Airport. You can come to the neighborhood direcly from Sabiha Gokcen airport by only one express bus called E3. You are gonna get off at its very last stop called 4. Levent Metro. You can check its schedule on Mobiett app.
In addition to easiness and time saving, these easy accesses from airports and couch stations mean that you are only gonna pay at most 5-8 liras to reach your accomodation and your flight at the end of your trip. So you don’t pay something like between 50 and 150 liras only for one way taxi which you are most probably gonna need two ways at least.(arrival-departure)
You are able to eat very cheap here. You can eat 300 grams of chicken breast for around 1.5 dollars and a full portion of rice around 1 dollar which is almost nothing. Of course you can have other food options, you can cook or do grocery. You are not going to have problems with your food budget around my apartment.
It is close to Yapı Kredi, Sabancı, QNB Finansbank and Türkiye İs Bank Towers.
If you need free internet in the neighborhood (in case you need before we meet or outside of the apartment) there is free WiFi at Sapphire Shopping Mall. Go in there and get connected!
Sapphire SM has also the tallest skyscraper of the city. It is like the Empire State of Istanbul. You can have a really really vast and amazing view of the city during daylight and during the night. What is more, you can also try the 5D simulation of the most popular touristic places in Istanbul on the top floor. It could be a nice idea for first travelers to the city and not sure about where to go first.

Bus station: 9 min walk
Metrobus: 8 min Subway distance
Old city: 25 min
Istiklal Street: 15 min
Easy to access to other touristic areas of Istanbul. You can directly take subway to go to Eminönü-Galata Tower-Sultanahmet area through Haliç Subway Stop or Şişhane Stop where historical things are. Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Cistern, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar is 25 min. away with subway.
It's also close to Nisantasi, (10 minutes subway) a chic, famous neighborhood for shopping and dining. Volkswagen Arena (concert or other kind of entertainment place of the city), Galatasaray Football Team Stadium and Beşiktaş Football Team Stadium are close.
It takes 15 min by bus to go to the sea coast, Bosphorus and enjoy the nice weather and maybe take the ferry to go to Uskudar, Asian side of the city with a 10 min Istanbul and Bosphorus view, on ferry road. You can also have a cool long Bosphorus tour on boat from Besiktas for example.
Istiklal Street is 15 minutes away.
Canadian Consulate is 10 minutes walk away.
University transportation is easy. Bogazici University, Koc University(takes time but easy), Galatasaray University, Bilgi University, Istanbul Technical University.
Shopping and transportation are really easy in the neighborhood. My neighborhood is very central, safe and there are many small shops restaurants and cafes bars . It is a very lively area but at the same time quiet in our street.
There is a mixture of local life and small tourists population in this neighborhood. Shopping malls around the neighborhood are Sapphire, Kanyon, Ozdilek, Axis and Metrocity. Sapphire is 5 minutes away from the apartment like just another store with movie theater on the corner.
It is a safe place.
The flat has 1bedrooms, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 bathroom and a backyard. This is Whole Place booking.
It's a newly and lovely decorated, cute and cozy apartment. I decorated it as lovely as possible in order to give my guests better and mindful living, working and sleeping conditions where they can fully concentrate easily.
The apartment has a double bed, computer work friendly table and a double space sofa. If you'd like to stay more people, please ask me.
**There is an unlimited wireless internet connection, refrigerator, washing machine, cooker, combi boiler, kitchen utensils..
**There's 24/7 hot water and heating by natural gas combi.
**Clean sheets, towels and blanket will be provided.
**Breakfast with oat and milk is provided if you demand. Other than that, you can feel free to use kitchen tools to make your own food at any time.
I speak Turkish and English.
I have maps and guide books that you can use during your trip.
I can give recommendations about your trip and will be glad to help you with it.
I will be happy to welcome you, if you want to feel the local Turkish life and close to the touristic areas...
If you could take out your garbages before you check out it would be very nice and kind of you. This would help the cleaner so much if you can, otherwise she will handle with no problem of course.
