Pelicans cottage is fully self contained in the front my house it has its own street frontage ,front door with keypad entry and private garden with water views of the harbour.Privacy is assured. Self check- in by keypad. The cleaning is done by me to a very high standard and 24 hours is left between guests so that the apartment is fully cleaned and aired ( French doors from the bedroom to the verandah room enable this)
The location of Pelicans is excellent being in the Historic Harbour precinct . It has some water views of the boats in the Queenscliff harbour .The water is 50 metres away - excellent for fishing.
Pelicans is a newly renovated luxury apartment for 2 people with a queen bedroom ,a lounge/ dining/ kitchen ( No oven and has small portable Induction cooktop) The verandah" room" overlooks the garden and has some views of the harbour. It has a cosy wood fire ,air con ,hydronic heating and ceiling fans.
Only 5 mins walk to Queenscliff Marina (360 Q restaurant) the Ferry to Sorrento and a short walk to Queenscliff village the beaches and is ajacent to the Bellarine rail trail (bikes path) It is a short stroll to the Blues Train and Q dining train. There is excellent fishing from the nearby wharf . Fishing boats at the Harbour sell freshly caught fish.
It is ideal for a romantic getaway as with water views from the private verandah and lounge room - you can see, hear and smell the sea!
There is excellent Wi -Fi and phone reception and a Smart TV.
"Pelicans" has a library area and seating area in the lovely bay window - overlooking the garden and the harbour at the end of the street. Excellent internet and phone coverage. Work while looking at the water !
