This highset house is ready to accommodate your stay at the beautiful Tin Can Bay!
Upstairs is the main part of the house with a large living area that overlooks the esplanade. You also have direct access to the covered front deck. The lounge room has a ceiling fan and tv for your comfort and enjoyment.
The kitchen is large enough to accommodate the 6 seater dining table and includes everything you need to have a comfortable stay including a dishwasher. Ceiling fan and polished timber floors.
Main bedroom is a large room with views to the Esplanade as well as access to the front deck. Polished timber floors and ceiling fan with a Queen size bed.
The second bedroom provides a Queen size beds with nice louvres to allow in all the breeze. No ceiling fan to this room.
The third bedroom has a set of bunks with 2 single beds. A desk is also provided and this room also has a ceiling fan.
The main bathroom has a shower over a small tub so if you have little ones they can still enjoy a bath.
Downstairs you will find the fourth bedroom which is a large space that includes a Queen size bed, additional lounge and some wardrobe space. Whilst there is no ceiling fan there is a pedestal fan provided.
There is a second bathroom located in the laundry downstairs with a toilet and walk in shower. The laundry includes a top loader washing machine and dryer.
Please note that there is no internal access to the downstairs area which can only be accessed from the external door.
There is parking under the house for one car and plenty of other space that can be utilised during wet weather.
Whilst the yard is not fenced the large grassed yard provides a perfect playground for the kids and if they are looking for something more fun then there is a large playground and skateboard bowl just across the road and a short walk.
Tin Can Bay also offers a wonderful concrete walking and bike path which goes all the way from Crab Creek to Norman Point. Along the way you will discover 2 new boardwalks that take you through the mangroves.
