The Space:
Our two-bedroom apartment is uncommonly large, has tile and laminate flooring throughout, and has all the comforts of home. We are perfect for your medium- or long-term stay in the Baton Rouge area. We work frequently with folks staying in Baton Rouge for work in many industries including medical professionals, contractors, and folks in the insurance or entertainment industries, as well as vacationers and sports fans. Our central location is ideal for getting to downtown or Denham Springs, LSU, or any of the major hospitals in the city.
Guest Access:
You will have your own private apartment, and access to secure gated parking just steps away. Coin-operated laundry facilities and of course the pool. This apartment is on the second floor, which is accessible via a flight of stairs.
The Neighborhood:
While conveniently located on a main thoroughfare, our complex is set far back from the road which minimizes sound and traffic. We are a gated complex, but there are neighboring convenience stores like Walgreen's and CVS, and great sushi, Vietnamese and desserts located just steps away.
There are two supermarkets within a half mile (one across the street). Baton Rouge's downtown & town square are a 15 minute drive down Florida Blvd. Most major hospitals are located within a 20-minute radius of us
Getting Around:
Baton Rouge is mostly setup as a "driving city", you'll need a car to get around. Our great advantage is a central location, plus tons of secure parking. We are approximately 15-20 minutes from downtown Baton Rouge, Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, Women's Hospital, Baton Rouge General, Mall of Louisiana, LSU, and Denham Springs.
