The home is large enough for several couples or big families and features a split bedroom floor plan with four primary suites. Home has recently been remodeled inside and looks like a brand new home.
Open and spacious rooms, beautiful new barn tile floors, new paint throughout interior, new light fixtures and attention to detail in décor produce an ultra elegant yet cozy retreat in the Sonoran Desert. The family room features an extra large, comfy sectional sofa and flat screen TV for ultimate relaxation and entertainment.
Beautifully remodeled and fully stocked kitchen has new custom cabinets with quartz countertops and several new appliances. Seating at the kitchen island is for enjoying tantalizing drinks or impromptu meals with your favorite people. Wide windows and new sliding doors permit natural light to illuminate all living spaces. These warm and inviting spaces are where everyone will want to hang out to admire the breathtaking views of the splendid East Valley with its remarkable mountain and desert scenery.
~Beds, Baths and Beyond~
Split bedroom floor plan separates the four primary suites, two with pool views and two with mountain views. All primary suites have beautiful deluxe king beds and private baths. Baths have been remodeled to include custom designed tile shower and new vanities.
Bedroom 3 has 2 extra long twin beds for kids or singles.
All bedrooms have Smart TV’s and ceiling fans, making negotiation sleeping arrangements an easy process. All bedrooms are spacious, provide ample storage for personal belongings and are decorated to make your stay especially restful.
The laundry room is adjacent to the kitchen and enclosed behind double doors. The two-car garage is detached and provides a place to store vehicles and recreational gear. Parking of RVs, trailers and boats may be permitted with owner approval.

The minimum age to rent is 25 years.
This home is family friendly and not a party house.
The number of people must be appropriate for the number of beds. If deemed necessary, owner reserves the right to approve the reservation based on sleeping arrangements.

No pets are allowed inside or outside the home. The owners and some guests have severe allergies and the home must remain pet free.
The pool heating fee is $55 per day to heat the pool to 85° F.
Parking of RVs, trailers and boats may be permitted with approval of owner.
Guests who are staying for a month will be charged a daily electricity fee for any days that fall in the months of May through September.
