This amazing country house with private pool and nice exteriors is situated in Búger, in the center-north of Mallorca. It is just perfect for families up to 10 people.
The north of Mallorca is a lovely area and it is famous for the lovely beaches Can Picafort, Playa de Muro and Puerto de Alcúdia. The house is in a quiet area, surrounded by a forest and fields within a 40000 m2 plot. A 5 minutes drive takes you to the village of Sa Pobla with supermarkets, restaurants and gas stations. A car is necessary.
This lovely house with stone lined fachade features well-kept exteriors including a private salt water pool, an outdoor shower, a barbecue, furnished terraces and a porch. Outdoors, you will find many corners to relax with hammocks and a balinese bed. The 10 x 5 meters sized pool has a depth ranging between 1 and 2.2 metres. Besides, there’s a ping pong table and well-kept gardens with different plants.
Inside, the rooms are warmly decorated and count the past of the former farm house. The living-dining area invites you to enjoy a lazy afternoon, watching Tv (Satellte-Tv) or share laughs and talks with your loved ones. Just next to this room, there’s another smaller living area. The fully equipped kitchen with dining area includes a nespresso coffee machine, an induction hob, an oven and a dishwasher.
The villa offers 5 bedrooms with air conditioning, so your family can rest after a day full of activities. There’s one bedroom on the ground floor and four bedrooms on the first storey. Two bedrooms come with a double bed and the others with 2 single beds each. There are 4 bathrooms with bathtub, one on the ground floor and 3 more on the upstairs, 2 of them en-suite.
The houses’ equipment includes central heating, free Wifi in the whole house, a vacuum cleaner and an iron with ironing board.
