Tucked away north of Woodland Park, Colorado, this home is the perfect escape from your day-to-day. This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home is great for a family or group of friends looking to enjoy Colorado in all its glory!
Take your cup of coffee out to the deck in the morning to enjoy some peace and quiet as the sun comes up. Try hiking, biking, kayaking and ATVing during the day, then come home to enjoy some pool while dinner is cooking in the spacious kitchen or on the grill. At night, kick back in front of the fireplace with a glass of wine. Downstairs, the kids can enjoy a movie on the big screen while the adults plan tomorrow's adventure.
The Space:
When you're ready for bed, there will be plenty of room for everyone. On the main floor you'll find the master bedroom with a king bed and en suite bath with large tub and shower, his and hers sinks and walk-in closet. Also on this floor is a second bedroom with a queen bed. The main floor also has the laundry area and a half bath.
In the basement, there is another full kitchen. The downstairs living room acts like your own private movie theater with large wrap-around couch and TV. There is a private bedroom with a king bed. Also on the lower level is a game area with a poker and foosball table; this area also houses a full bed. In the living room, the couch pulls out to sleep additional guests if needed.
All together, the home will sleep 10.
If you're looking to hang out at the house, there's plenty to do! There is a pool table on the main floor, and downstairs is a foosball table, poker table and darts for hours of entertainment. Each living room has a DVD player and the house has a large collection of movies to choose from. Or you can explore outside around the house!
Satellite wifi is available (Expect speeds from 5-20 Mbps - may experience outages if satellite signal is interrupted by poor weather, etc.), and there is limited to no cell service. TV includes DVD and VHS players and Chromecast, but no satellite or cable. Small movie library is available. We suggest downloading things to your phone or laptop ahead of time to cast to the TV if you want to use the Chromecast. The Google Home app is needed to cast.
This home has heat only, no air conditioning.

This home is in the secluded Quinlan Gulch area north of Woodland Park, Colorado. You can enjoy acres of private, wooded land and amazing mountain views.
You're close to skiing and snowboarding with Breckenridge Ski Resort and Monarch Mountain about 2.5 hours away.
While you will feel secluded, you can be in town to shops, restaurants and grocery stores in about 20 minutes.
Getting Around:
In the summertime, the home is accessible with most cars, trucks, SUVs, etc. (motorcyclists, please note--the road leading to the house is a dirt road which can have washboard-like patches and ruts due to wear and weather). Four wheel drive is necessary during inclement weather and especially during any snowfall.

Please note: There is a pond on this property. Guests get in the water at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times and must wear life jackets in the water at all times.
