Dining table and 8 chairs, and doors leading to the main reception room with Bluetooth speaker. Wi-fi internet is available throughout the property.
Bedrooms:
Bedroom one is a double room on the ground floor of the first house, complete with split unit a/c, doors to the poolside terrace and an en suite with bath and separate shower unit.
Bedrooms two and three are on the first floor.
Bedroom three is the master double suite, with split unit a/c and an en suite bathroom with bath and separate shower unit. There is also an additional guest cloakroom in this house. Both bedroom two and three have air con units.
House Two:
Living room with wall mounted TV with an IPTV box with a wide range of English language channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports. Kitchen and dining area complete with washing machine, fridge, oven and electric hobs. Iron & Ironing board.
Bedrooms:
Bedrooms four and five are upstairs from the living room.
Bedroom four has a double bed, split unit a/c, Juliet balconies and an en suite bathroom. Bedroom five has a double bed and an en suite bathroom.
Bedrooms six and seven are on the ground floor of house two.
Bedroom six is a family room sleeping three persons and with 3 single beds- although 2 twins can be prepared as a double upon prior request.
Bedroom seven is a twin bedroom with doors to the terrace.
Bedrooms six & seven share the use of the adjacent family bathroom with bath and separate shower unit.
Upstairs from bedrooms six and seven are the final two bedrooms.
Bedroom eight has twin beds, and Juliet balconies.
Bedroom nine has a double bed, and Juliet balconies- this double bed can be separated upon prior request. Bedrooms eight and nine share the use of the adjacent bathroom with shower and bath. On this level patio doors lead to the terrace with beautiful countryside views.
All bedrooms in House 2 have air con units (fixed or portable)
Outside:
Quinta da Estrela has a large swimming pool that measures 14 x 7 metres. The poolside terrace is furnished with sun loungers and parasols. There is an exterior gas BBQ and dining area for al-fresco meals. With spacious gardens, the big villa plot has a real tranquil countryside feel. There is plenty of space for parking on the villa forecourt and a table tennis table is available.
Pool heating is available at a supplement. The pool does not have a pool cover.

Air con and wifi available throughout. Rates include maid service, towel and bed linen provided. This property has a Handyman that you will find at the villa Mon - Fri during the morning maintaining the grounds.
Maid Service:
Rates include a maid cleaning service 5 days per week, bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly) and bedroom linen (changed weekly). Pool towels and hairdryers are available at the villa.
