BREATHTAKING SUN RISE AND SUN SETS on the lake with a HUGE deck to enjoy it from. Newly renovate 3 bedroom 3 bathroom walk in condo. Brand new furniture, and mattresses. New paint in all rooms, new flooring in most of the condo, worked very hard to make this a cozy lake vibe you'll want to return to. Very centrally located near all the hot spots at the lake. We have a boat slip and lift available as well. We worked hard to make this condo one you won't forget. Come Stay and see for yourself.
The main reason my husband and I bought this condo was for the AMAZING, UNOBSTRUCTED VIEW OF THE MAIN CHANNEL AND THE HUGE DECK TO EXPERIENCE IT FROM! When we walked out on that deck for the first time, we knew we wanted to have that view anytime we wanted. It's hard to find a view like that that doesn't have docks, or buildings, etc blocking the view, it's truly a million dollar view at a super affordable not million dollar price tag. The deck is so spacious and allows for a family to sit out there and enjoy watching the boats go by, the sun rise and the sun sets.We are located on the 2MM which is very close to the Dam right off horseshoe bend parkway. Very centrally located to the most popular attractions here at the lake.Lakeside pool at the point (mouth of the cove), high on the bluff pool, clubhouse, tennis courts, luggage carts, playground for children are all available for use. Our complex is very family friendly and perfect for your family getaway.
Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would or could need to make the perfect meals, or cocktails. Refrigerator and stove are brand new, microwave and dishwasher work like a champ.
Deck with lots of seating, mini bar area. Large tv mounted on wall so you can watch your favorite spots game or show. Sliding glass doors open to family room and master bedroom( one of the guest bedrooms also has access to walk out on deck from their bedroom). Charter cable & internet with WiFi and flat screen smartTVs in each bedroom and living room and deck. Netflix is also on each television.
Parking available for 1 vehicle at unit and guest parking nearby.
Adult and children's board games available, along with floats and noodles for the pool and some water toys for the kids. We also have beach towels for everyone, so no need to bring those. We do ask that you're mindful and remember to bring them back with you after a day of swimming or boating.
We have a 29X10 boat slip available for $15/night.
We have a washer and dryer with detergent, stain removers, bleach, dryer sheets available. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper and tissue, we base how much we supply on your length of stay.
