Being only a few minutes walk from Santo Tomas's beautiful beach and abundance of shops and eateries, Villa Adriana enjoys a great location in one of the islands' most well-loved resorts. The villa also benefits from free WiFi and air conditioning / heating in the bedrooms.
Villa Adriana favors a great location just 2 streets back from the beautiful beach, promenade and commercial center of Santo Tomas.
Although not essential, there is a private driveway on one side of the villa for your cars should you choose to hire them. A set of steps lead up to the villa entrance, surrounded by colorful purple and pink bougainvillea. The private swimming pool is at the front of the villa and is fully bordered by flowers and hedging, with a large pine tree offering welcome privacy from the street below.
The main entrance is at the back of the villa and opens into the kitchen and living area. The kitchen has large windows with views of the neighborhood pine woods with a breakfast bar separating it from the lounge and dining area. There is ample seating with a table and chairs and patio doors at the front of the house offer plenty of natural light and access to the pool terrace.
To the left of the living area is the double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and patio doors onto the pool terrace, and a twin bedroom with a separate, adjacent bathroom.
On the right of the living room are the remaining 2 twin bedrooms sharing a neighborhood bathroom. The twin bedroom at the front of the villa has patio doors onto the pool terrace.
All 4 bedrooms benefit from air conditoning / heating at no extra cost.
Outside, Villa Adriana has a spacious pool terrace bordered by colorful flowers, which is partially covered providing some much welcome shade for alfresco dining. There is plenty of space to relax and soak up the sun before a much needed dip in the pool to cool off.
