Obstruction Pass Beach House has fantastic views from every room. Enjoy the private beach with a large grassy yard for games and fun with your family. With a rare, private sandy beach you can launch your kayaks and paddleboard out your door. It's the perfect beach house with expansive decks that overlook the Obstruction Pass yet are intimately close to the water, wildlife, and boats passing by. Inside you'll find a bright, great room attached to the open dining area and well-stocked kitchen.

With three levels of living and sleeping space, families can come together and have plenty of room!
Along with windows in every direction, the expansive living room offers comfortable coastal furnishings, a woodstove, and Smart TV. There is fiber optics WiFi with internet speeds of 80mbps+ which makes this a great place for extended stays and remote work. The kitchen has every kind of cookware, bakeware, and serving ware for large family meals. You'll find plenty of bowls, gadgets, spices, kitchen appliances, and a coffee bar.
The master bedroom ensuite is located on the main floor with a king bed, large closets, and a master bathroom ensuite. The bath has a single vanity, a stand-alone custom-tiled shower, and a soaking tub. The master bedroom opens up to the deck with beautiful water views.
Head upstairs where the top floor has a large, second master bedroom with a seating area and room for morning stretches! There is a full, shared bathroom in the hallway that connects you to the third guest bedroom and large closets. The guest bedroom has two twin beds.
The lower level of the home has a private living room, kitchenette, and dining that looks out to the water. Walk out onto the patio and you have immediate access to the beach, lawns, and picnic area outside. Back inside, there are two more comfortable rooms, one with a queen bed and the common area has a flex room with twin beds. They share a full bathroom with a custom-tiled shower and single vanity, as well as a large laundry room.
