The space
As you step into our home, you'll immediately feel the coastal vibes and the welcoming atmosphere. The living room is tastefully decorated with modern organic accents, creating a cozy space for relaxation. Trader Joe's (.6 mil), Whole Foods (.6 mil) & PCC (.9 mil). 10 minutes to downtown Seattle, 18 minutes to Sea-Tac airport and minutes from 99 & I-5 for anywhere else you want to go.

Our dining room greats you with natural light and soft earthy hues. The fully equipped kitchen is a dream for any culinary enthusiast with upscale appliances, a large farmhouse sink, Nespresso machine & Vitamix blender. Whip up delicious meals using the modern appliances and ample counter space. The dining area, conveniently located adjacent to the kitchen, provides a lovely spot for enjoying meals together around the large dining table that seats 6-8.
We are happy to provide salt & pepper, cooking spices, olive oil and coffee pods for the Nespresso machine during your stay.

Our three bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure a restful night's sleep, from solid bed frames with luxury mattresses to artwork and patterned rugs. Each room features comfortable beds, soft linens, lamps on nightstands, extra pillows, extra blankets and storage space in each closet for your belongings.

**QUITE HOURS, GUEST COUNT, AND PARTYING**
We have a zero exceptions policy on quiet hours, guest count, and partying as outlined in the rental rules. This house is located in a family neighborhood so quite hours are between 10PM - 7AM PST.. The maximum number of occupants staying at the property is 6, and there is zero partying allowed at the property. If you violate the rules of this property we will cancel your booking immediately for no refund as stated in the house rules of the listing as well as VRBO’s policies. Please be respectful of the neighbors while using the outdoor spaces at the property.
** PET POLICY**
We love pets but have a few rules for pet stays:
- Pets must be pre approved. Message us before your stay so we can approve your pet and add additional pet fee.
- Limit 1 per stay
- $200 pet cleaning fee is required
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture
- Pets must be crated if left unattended at the property and must not bark
- If there is evidence of pets on the furniture or any damage, you will be responsible for any damage or additional cleaning fees.
