Experience this fabulous home by entering via a circular driveway with flowing fountain. Property consists of a Main House. A Separate Guest Suite Apartment is not connected to the Main House and is available separately through VRBO Listing 826466.
The Main House has Custom White Oak Hardwood Floors throughout. There are 3 Queen Bedrooms, 3 Full Baths on Ground Level, plus twin beds in Bedroom Loft, sleeping a total of 8. Downstairs bedrooms have separate en suite bathrooms with marble walk-in showers, two with double sinks. Master Suite has a Jacuzzi tub and Vent-Free Gas Fireplace. All downstairs rooms have outdoor access, many 22 ft. ceilings, and Panoramic Views through huge windows. The Great Room and Dining Room invite guests to sit in Leather and Custom Furnishings to enjoy the 22 Ft. custom Stone Fireplace with Gas Starter and full supply of logs. There is a Home Theater with 70" Flat TV Screen which has 6 reclining leather seats, plus a child's play area, and a separate twin bedroom. There are also flat screen TVs in Master Bedroom and Great Room. Great Room also has a Blu-Ray Player. Above the Master Bedroom, there is a Spiral Staircase to Amazing Views. There is a fully equipped Gourmet Kitchen, with Wolf and Sub Zero Appliances, Drawer Microwave, Pot Filler, Custom Cabinets, and a 9 ft. Granite Island for additional workspace and dining.
