Spacious 2 bedroom apartment of 93 sq. mt. ideal for 6 guests located on the ground floor. This apartment with windows on 3 sides has independent access from the communal garden. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entrance opens onto the living area with an open floor plan kitchen. Entering you have a large wardrobe on the left and directly in front of you, the kitchen, equipped with induction burners, combination microwave oven, refrigerator and freezer, toaster, kettle, crockery and utensils, and a table suitable for up to 8 people. On the right, you will find the living area with a double sofa bed and 50” television. A corridor leads to the sleeping area. On the left is the first bedroom with a double bed made of 2 single mattresses combined together, and a wardrobe and a armchair On the right is the ante-bathroom and the first bathroom with shower (no window) and access for guests with reduced mobility. At the end of the corridor is the second bedroom, with a pull-out sofa bed, which can be transformed into a double bed or 2 single beds, a wardrobe, and a drawer. Finally, the second ensuite bathroom with shower completes the apartment. From the living room and bedrooms you can access the communal garden thanks to the large French doors that also make the apartment very bright.
