Each room is a private oasis, featuring a sumptuous bed with plush duvets and pillows, ample wardrobe space, and a dedicated workspace for your professional needs. Enjoy the ease of your own coffee machine and fridge, with the serenity of room-darkening shades for a restful sleep. We're delighted to inform you that each of our rooms is designed to comfortably accommodate 1-2 people, offering flexibility for both solo travelers and couples. Should you wish to book two rooms, each for individual use, please proceed by making a second booking with the occupancy set to 1 person for each room. This ensures that your accommodation preferences are clearly understood and met with the utmost attention to detail.

Guest Access:
Our check-in is contactless. We will send you a link to the online check-in. After completing it, using the same link, you will have access to your Guest Area, where you’ll find all the relevant information regarding your stay and the apartment. Please, make sure you check the “Check-in” section and watch the video we made for you!

The Neighborhood:
International cuisines, sightseeing, shopping, and outdoor activities are all around the corner, all accessible by public and private transport facilities.

Place des Martyrs, Luxembourg, Galerie d'Art Contemporain Am Tunnel, Place de la Constitution, Musée de la Banque, Plateau Bourbon, Adolphe Bridge, Monument of Remembrance all are at walking distance of 15-20 mins.

Getting Around:
The Apartment is 10 - 15 mins drive from main train / bus station, Luxembourg, Gare Centrale.
The Apartment can be reached via local cab from Luxembourg Airport in approx 15 - 20 min.

Other Things to Note:
- High-speed Internet, Smart TV w/cable, bed linens, and bath towels are provided free during your stay.
- Long-term stays are welcomed with laptop-friendly workspaces in the home for the remote worker or business traveler.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 18 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind is allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- We prioritize ensuring our operations are running smoothly, and are doing our best to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service therefore, we are unable to assume liability when there are issues provided and managed by a third-party entity.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra cleaning charges if such is needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Please avoid moving furniture.
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization and an extra fee may apply if such is given.

Interaction with Guests:
You can check yourself in using the lockbox to obtain the keys. Access code to the lockbox to retrieve your keys will be sent on the day of your check-in few hours before your arrival time.

You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week, should you need anything - just write us a message.
