This home boasts 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, with 10 beds in total. 1 Cal King, 1 King, 2 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Twin and 3 Queen Pull-Out's.
In the main house you will find 3 spacious, beautifully decorated bedrooms, each with their own attached full bathroom. The Primary Bedroom has a King size bed, the second bedroom has a Queen bed and the third bedroom has a Queen bed along with an additional Twin bed. All three bedrooms have attached full bathrooms. The primary bedroom also has a bathtub. The half bath is located in the main house hallway.
The main house has a large, open concept fully stocked kitchen as well as 2 living room areas to stretch out and relax in. There is also a gorgeous dining room with an oversized large dining table that seats 12 with incredible views to enjoy!
There is a covered outdoor patio area out front with lots of seating for your party to enjoy outside meals and entertainment. The evening outdoor lighting is sure to impress you with the beautiful uplighting and ambiance. The back living room boasts a bar to enjoy and has plenty of seating to gather your group in for family game night or a movie.
Leading out back you will find an expansive, fenced, beach entry pool and bbq area with tons of seating, lounge chairs, built in bbq, outside TV and 2 propane fire pits.
The Pool is NOT heated. However, the jacuzzi attached to the pool IS heated.
For your safety, the pool has a child safety fence surrounding the pool, so please keep the gate closed and children must be supervised at all times!
Owner and management company are not responsible for any accidents. If your party wants the pool safety gate removed for your stay, please contact manager before booking as a waiver must be signed and a small fee will be added for the additional labor cost for the removal of the gate. There is also a security pool alarm that should be on at all times when the pool is not in use.
The home's laundry room is equipped with two full size washer and dryers for your convenience. Management provides complimentary Laundry supplies. There is an office printer available for guests use, two charging stations to charge all of your devices and Hi-Speed StarLink Wifi throughout the property.
The main home has an adjoining spacious Apartment in which you will find another bedroom with a Double size bed as well as a Twin bed. The living room also has 2 very comfortable Article Queen size pull out couches that sleep comfortably one adult or two children for more sleeping space. The apartment boasts a full bathroom and full kitchen with island seating as well as a large Samsung Frame TV to watch your favorite shows on.
In addition to the Apartment, the home includes an attached Studio that has a Cal-King size bed and another Article Queen size pull out couch offering more sleeping room. The Studio has a large flat screen TV to watch complimentary YouTube TV provided by host. NOTE: The Studio shares a bathroom with the Apartment. Guests staying in the Studio will need to walk through the game room to access the Apartment full bathroom. The Studio doesn't have a designated closet, but does have a full dresser for clothing.
Between the Apartment and Studio, you will find a brand new, retro style Arcade Game Room! The Game Room has a mounted TV that lowers from the ceiling to watch your favorite show or play a video game on the provided original Nintendo system. Feel free to bring your own gaming system as well! There is a pac man arcade game for two, a skee-ball table, pop a shot basketball game, foosball table and air hockey. This room is sure to keep kids and adults busy!
Complimentary YouTubeTV is provided on all 10 TV's throughout the property to watch your favorite shows!
The entire home is equipped with Medify-MA-112 Air Purifiers with H13 True HEPA Filters and filtered water for your comfort.
Complimentary Hi-Speed Starlink internet provided at this property.
Unit Rules and Policies
● No pets allowed unless prior approval by management!
● Guest Occupancy: Only the guests and number of guests specified and stated in original reservation may be at the property at any time. No extra guests, events, or parties without prior approval.No parties or events unless granted with a pre-approval. Please contact us with details should you plan an intimate gathering.
● WiFi: Do not under any circumstance tamper with or disconnect the WiFi or other technical devices as it will disrupt the systems and your experience while staying with us. You will be charged a minimum of $500 for the electrician to reconnect devices.
● Smoking of all kinds is prohibited inside the home and within a 25-foot radius of the house. A $500/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after the guest checks out. This property is located in a high fire zone!
● Towels and Sheets: Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain linens and towels. Please use our provided black towels located in each bathroom to remove makeup/etc. if needed.
● Neighbors: Please be respectful of our neighbors. Please keep noise levels down between the hours of 10pm and 8am. Any loud parties, noise or nuisance complaints communicated to us by neighbors or local law enforcement may result in your needing to vacate immediately and a potential fine.
● Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi: Running around the pool and diving into the pool are prohibited. No glass, no food, and no drinks allowed in or near the pool or jacuzzi. You will be charged for any damage caused from broken glass in or near the pool or jacuzzi. All children must absolutely be supervised at all times near the Swimming Pool & Jacuzzi and keep the safety gate closed at all times. No diving, flipping, etc. by the pool area. Slippery around pool area when wet, use caution!
● Propane Fire Pits and BBQ Grill: Do not leave the propane fire pits or BBQ grill unattended. Turn off the fire pits and BBQ grill when not in use. The gas fire pit outside and gas fireplace inside are not available for use. The two outside propane Fire Pits and outdoor Gas BBQ Grill are available for guest use.
● TVs: Please do not move remote controls from room-to-room. Please keep outdoor TVs turned off when not in use. Please remember to sign out of your Netflix, Hulu, and other streaming service accounts before checking out. A $200 fee per lost or damaged remote will incur for any remotes or openers lost by the guests. Do not alter the TV settings or Firestick account please or additional charges will apply to reconnect.
● Water and Sewer: Do not flush ANY ITEMS other than toilet paper. NO feminine products or wipes can be flushed down the toilet at all! Feminine waste bags are provided complimentary for your convenience that can be placed in the trash bins. You will be charged for any damages.
● Please keep food out of the bedrooms, you will be charged for linens stained from food and drinks.
● Please do NOT move any furniture! A minimum $500 fee will be charged for any moved furniture.
● Pleasedo not tape or stick anything to the walls or furnishings. No confetti, silly string or small decorating pieces allowed.
● Do not trespass behind the white privacy gates for any reason.
● Check-out time is 11am. Your door code expires immediately on your scheduled check out time. Please check out on time. If Guest or any members of Guest’s party fails to depart by check-out time, Guest will be charged a daily late departure fee of $200 per hour. Management is not responsible for any items left or lost at the unit.
The pool and hot tub are maintained weekly on Tuesday mornings around 9am by our pool technician, Francisco. We will remind you the night before if he is coming during your stay. He accesses the property from that back gate so the will not disturb you or your stay.
The yard and landscape is maintained weekly on Wednesday's, usually between 10am-1pm. The company is called Advanced Landscape and they will not bother you during your stay.

We use a noise monitoring device at this property called Noiseaware to eliminate neighbor complaints; It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels). This will alert management if noise levels are excessive during the hours of 10pm and 8am.
This property has OUTDOOR security Ring cameras for guests protection. There are never any cameras indoors.
For our guests convenience, this property has an EV charging station on location, hosted through OK2Charge. You can purchase a daily charging pass or pay for the entirety of your stay for access to the charging station.
