In addition to the Private Villa Suites, you and your guests will have full use of the Spacious Living Room, Huge Kitchen, and Large Dining Room (seats 8 -13) … the Laundry Room … Half Bath … and Foyer all on the primary living level. Additionally, there's a Kitchenette, Dinette Area, Sitting Areas, and a Game Room on the secondary living level.
Guests need to confirm with us their desires. Examples could be:
1) Holding a Special Event or Party - Must Be Approved by Hosts
2) We do not normally offer luggage storage after check out.
3) Full Use of Kitchen by Guests is Permitted.
As Owners/Hosts, we do live on property in a Private Wing of the Villa. We're usually hands-off with guests (allowing for a relaxing stay), however, with a combined experience of more than 19 years of hospitality experience, we are available to make recommendations and even help with reservations for you with various vendors.
Very Safe Neighborhood in Quiet Setting. Large Trees throughout our Shaded Neighborhood. The Mississippi River is only 2 blocks away - great Jogging & Bike Trail on the Levee, taking in the views. Many Parks and Jogging Tracks - Nearby.

Most all areas of the city can be reached by car or Uber/Lyft within 10-25 Driving Times. Some Examples:

SHORT-TERM RENTALS (STR) and LONG-TERM RENTALS (LTR):
• Short-Term Rentals (STR) are for less than 30 Days. Because STR have been deemed illegal in our area, we have determined to abide with the law and only rent Long-Term Rentals (LTR). LTR are 30 Days or Greater Rentals. Again, anything under 30 Days is a Short-Term Rental which is illegal as per the local laws.
• If you desire to stay for under 30 Days, please research the many local hotels. We can send you a Quote for a LTR that we believe you will find acceptable. For a Quote for a Stay of 30 Days or Greater, please let us know how many folks ... your dates ... and the number of Villa Suites you desire.
