The space
A very pet and animal-friendly property, but the house is not pet friendly. You will be welcomed by the 2 rescue dogs both Chewy (Hunterway/Border Collie x black & white farm dog) and Mel (Fox Terrier x tan dog), a quick hello and they will be on their way.
The property has 2 rescue dogs (Chewy & Mel), 1 rescue cat (Rio), and 5 rescue chickens (Aretha, Tina, Rose, Cookies, Cream), and if you are lucky there may be fresh eggs to share for breakfast. The chickens roam the property so you may have an opportunity to see them digging for bugs.

✧ Drive to Muriwai Beach or Bethells Beach. You can see the gannet colony at Muriwai. If you're partial to a round of golf you can play the beachside course. There is a great cafe, and fish and chip shop people drive miles to sample!
✧ Take a tour of some of New Zealand's oldest vineyards with vines that the early settlers brought with them from Europe. The Dalmatian settlers established the wine industry in NZ and they are well worth sampling at the Cellar door and filling up your cellar at home.

Longer Stays:
Stays longer than 14 days require a guest paid refresh clean & linen change on the 14th day and every subsequent 14 days.
Check-In and Check-Out:
Guests to provide expected check-in time and acknowledge property may not be ready prior to the time they have provided.

Bags or cars must not be stored at the property prior to check-in or after checkout without approval.

During Your Stay:
Please be considerate of the other residents living in the building by being courteous and keeping the noise down after 10 pm.
Please report any breakages or damage sustained to the apartment during your stay as it allows me to repair/replace it in time for the next guests.

Lockouts: These will incur call-out/building management/security or locksmith charges.
Lost Property: We will do our best to find and return any reported lost item. All cost involved with retuning lost items including time taken is chargeable.
