ROADRUNNER RETREAT
Roadrunners are considered to be good luck, and we take it as a good sign that we've seen a few run right past this house! We seek to bring you lots of happy memories when staying at the Roadrunner Retreat, and if you're lucky, you will see some of our roadrunner friends too!
Note that our home is the most comfortable for 6 guests given our dining room seating and outdoor seating. We allow reservations up to 9 people, but please keep in mind seating capacity!

Roadrunner Retreat is located in one of most central areas of Phoenix - our home is located 13 minutes from WestWorld of Scottsdale and 12 minutes from TPC Scottsdale. Desert Ridge Marketplace is 5 min away, and Kierland Commons shopping is 15 min away. We are also close to Mayo Clinic and American Express HQ which are both 9 minutes away.
Peoria Sports Stadium is 20 min away to the west, and Old Town Scottsdale is 20 min away south.
Our heated pool is offered for guest stays between November - May! Our heated pool fee is $70 per night for the entire duration of the stay to cover the cost of utilities. Please request during booking.

We went all out with this living room, wanting all our guests to have a great time in this communal area! The room is surrounded by windows, letting in plenty of natural light. Play some pool with friends while others are watching a movie on our 75 inch TV.

Being in Northern Phoenix, Sedona is only 1.5-2 hrs away, and Flagstaff is 2 hrs away!

POOL DISCLAIMER
By booking this property, guests acknowledge that the pool is NOT supervised. Owners are not liable for any injury or death resulting from the usage of the pool. Please supervise children at all times.
HEATED POOL
We offer our pool to be heated for $70 per night to cover the cost of utilities (charge is applied for the full duration of your stay). Please request at the time of your booking. We need notice of 72 hours in advance of your check-in since it takes time for the pool to heat!
CABLE TV
Note that we do NOT offer cable. We have smart TVs in the home and you are welcome to sign into any streaming platform. There are streaming platforms where you can watch live TV including sports. We have instructions for this in our guidebook
GRILL
We have a propane grill to be used outside only. Please clean up after usage!
PACK N PLAY
We offer a Pack N Play for use! No charge for this
SECURITY
We have installed a doorbell camera and cameras at at the sides of the house facing the gates. This is here to ensure property and guest safety. There are no cameras on the inside of the house or in the communal space of the back yard. This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud.

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 10am
You can enter the house using our SmartLock. Your Pin will be given to you ahead of your check-in
HOUSE RULES
UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES/EVENTS ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED. This is a residential area with long term residents. Please respect our neighbors and obey quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
NOTE: If you are booking your stay to have a small family or friend gathering under 10 people for a birthday, graduation, or anything else, please note this in your booking! We would love to host you for your celebration and will authorize small gatherings under the occupancy limit
