You will stay at the entrance of the Sablon district, in direct connection with the new-city district, the imperial golden triangle and the Sainte Thérèse district (the most popular districts of Metz). You will be 15 minutes walk from the TGV station, 15 minutes from the historic city center, and 10 minutes from the main tourist and cultural points of interest: the Pompidou Centre, the Muse shopping gallery (voted the most beautiful Shopping Centre of Europe in 2019), the Sports and Activity Centre Les Arènes, and the future Starck Hotel.
If you like small independent shops, you can go to Place Saint-Livier in 5 minutes by foot; you will find among others the best poultry of the Grand-Est (at GAUB - PETIT FUTE 2020) and many typical shops. Wozniak Bakery is a two minutes walk from the apartment, open from 6 am to 7 pm daily (Gault and Milau 2020). A word of advice don’t leave without tasting their chocolate baguette!

The accommodation is completely private during your reservation. When, Virginie, the owner, gave her apartement to us she wished to decorate this apartment as she lives in when she returns to Metz in her image. She kee telling us how important it was for her that travelers feel at home. Currently living in Barcelona, she wanted to pass on a message to travelers who would come to her apartment: "Mi Casa Es Tu Casa". Special attention has been paid to the details. The apartment has been updated with a complete refresh of the bathroom. There are two bedrooms. There are many little touches like the vase stored in the living room to receive wine corks. It's perfect for two to four travelers, whether it's families with or without children, professionals on the road, or friends coming to enjoy the comfort of a completely updated apartment near downtown. There is a balcony perfect for smokers or outdoor breakfast lovers.
This apartment is ideal for meetings or teleworking. The apartment has a high speed fiber connection, as well as coffee included. You'll feel right at home here, we've done everything for you!
