It is structured on 2 floors, kitchen, living room with sofa bed, bathroom and bedroom on the 1st floor and a large 20 sqm attic with terrace on the 2nd floor.
The large living room has a kitchen equipped with all accessories, dishes and crockery, refrigerator, oven and stove, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine, table with 4 + 2 dining chairs, a comfortable sofa with TV and Wi -Fi and access to the balcony equipped with table and chairs.
